【摘要】：我國的民辦高校有其自身的特點(diǎn),尤其在教師招聘過程中方法靈活,來源廣泛,但評(píng)價(jià)教師的能力或勝任力相對(duì)困難。筆者擬通過調(diào)研法和試驗(yàn)法,設(shè)計(jì)研究適合民辦高校的教師勝任力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系結(jié)構(gòu),以該結(jié)構(gòu)為指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)思并設(shè)計(jì)一種適合民辦高校任課教師的勝任力模型,將計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)人工智能領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)與勝任力分析相結(jié)合,對(duì)民辦高校任課教師進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),使得指標(biāo)體系、分析模型和評(píng)價(jià)最終結(jié)果可以應(yīng)用到民辦高校教師的招聘、培訓(xùn)以及績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)等日常工作中,減少人為評(píng)價(jià)過程中出現(xiàn)的不合理和不公平現(xiàn)象,為民辦高校的教師招聘、培訓(xùn)、考核、選拔以及評(píng)價(jià)教師勝任能力提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Private colleges and universities in China have their own characteristics, especially in the recruitment process of teachers flexible methods, a wide range of sources, but the evaluation of teachers' ability or competence is relatively difficult. By means of investigation and experiment, the author intends to design and study the competency evaluation index system structure of teachers suitable for private colleges and universities. Based on this structure, a competency model suitable for teachers in private colleges and universities is conceived and designed. Combining the knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence of computer specialty with competency analysis, the comprehensive evaluation of teachers in private colleges and universities is carried out, so that the index system, the analysis model and the final evaluation results can be applied to the recruitment of teachers in private colleges and universities. In the daily work such as training and performance evaluation, it can reduce the unreasonable and unfair phenomenon in the process of artificial evaluation, and provide a new way of thinking for the recruitment, training, assessment, selection and evaluation of teachers' competence in private colleges and universities.
