【摘要】：為了客觀、全面地評價船舶夜航光環(huán)境質(zhì)量,保障船舶夜航安全,從分析海上光污染的概念及其來源出發(fā),提出了選取船舶夜航光環(huán)境評價指標(biāo)應(yīng)遵循"主導(dǎo)性、可操作性及覆蓋面廣"的原則;在遵循該指標(biāo)選取原則的基礎(chǔ)上,利用光學(xué)、色度學(xué)及系統(tǒng)工程理論,從駕駛?cè)藛T視覺績效、船舶避碰行為、通航光環(huán)境條件等3大方面篩選出19個評價指標(biāo),建立了海上光環(huán)境評價體系,并給出了通航光環(huán)境條件中背景光的亮度、背景光的色度、污染光源眩光以及污染光源閃爍度的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為船舶夜航光環(huán)境的測量與評價奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the environmental quality of the night navigation of ships and ensure the safety of the night navigation of ships, from the analysis of the concept and source of the light pollution at sea, the paper puts forward that the selection of the evaluation indexes of the light environment of the night navigation of ships should follow the "leading principle". The principle of maneuverability and wide coverage; on the basis of following the principle of selecting the index, using optics, chromaticity and systems engineering theory, from the driver's visual performance, ship collision avoidance behavior, 19 evaluation indexes were selected from three aspects, such as navigable light environment conditions, and the evaluation system of maritime light environment was established. The brightness of background light and the chroma of background light in navigable light environment were also given. The evaluation criteria of the glare of the polluted light source and the scintillation degree of the polluted light source lay a foundation for the measurement and evaluation of the light environment of the ship's night navigation.
