關(guān)系沖突與虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新績效的實(shí)證研究——基于團(tuán)隊(duì)效能感的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:本文結(jié)合虛擬環(huán)境,整合社會認(rèn)知理論和情緒理論,在虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)中探討關(guān)系沖突、團(tuán)隊(duì)效能感對虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新績效的影響機(jī)制。經(jīng)過檢驗(yàn)假設(shè),關(guān)系沖突與虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新績效呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān),團(tuán)隊(duì)效能感對創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的提升作用,并且在關(guān)系沖突與虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新績效之間起到顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Combined with virtual environment, social cognition theory and emotion theory, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of relationship conflict and team efficacy on virtual team innovation performance in virtual team. After testing the hypothesis, the relationship conflict and virtual team innovation performance show negative correlation, team efficacy has a significant role in improving innovation performance, and between the relationship conflict and virtual team innovation performance play a significant role in regulation.
