【摘要】：依據(jù)場域理論和過程階段論,"網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件"在引發(fā)主體、初始場域和演變路徑層面與"現(xiàn)實群體性事件"不同,在主體角色功能和作用方式上又區(qū)別于網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群、網(wǎng)絡(luò)圍觀和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論等其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)象。從邏輯學(xué)上來界定,"網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件"的本質(zhì)是權(quán)益受損者或社會規(guī)范的維護者有意或無意引發(fā)的群體負面情緒觸點效應(yīng)中單一矛盾向多重矛盾叢轉(zhuǎn)化的過程。網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體維權(quán)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)督、網(wǎng)絡(luò)公關(guān)構(gòu)成了"網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件"的外延。對"網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件"的防治,應(yīng)該從加快轉(zhuǎn)變治理理念,持續(xù)完善社會政策,不斷提升制度績效,時刻掌握輿論動態(tài)入手,以期實現(xiàn)遏制事件類型和規(guī)模增量,減少其負面效應(yīng)的存量目標。
[Abstract]:According to field theory and process stage theory, "network group event" is different from "real group event" in initiating subject, initial field and evolution path, and is different from network cluster in role function and mode of action. Network onlookers and network public opinion and other network phenomena. Logically, the essence of "network group events" is the process of transforming single contradiction into multiple contradiction cluster in the group negative emotional contact effect caused by the injured rights and interests or the defenders of social norms intentionally or unintentionally. Network collective rights protection, network supervision and network public relations constitute the extension of "network group event". To prevent and cure "network group events", we should speed up the transformation of the concept of governance, continuously improve social policies, constantly improve the performance of the system, and always grasp the public opinion dynamics, in order to achieve the containment of the type and scale increment of events. Stock targets to reduce its negative effects.
