【摘要】：當(dāng)前,國際金融市場動蕩不安,企業(yè)競爭日益激烈,很多企業(yè)都在想法設(shè)法開源節(jié)流。原材料采購是企業(yè)成本控制中最直接的部門,一直廣受關(guān)注,但間接物料采購卻被長期忽視,甚至很多企業(yè)并未設(shè)置專職間接物料采購部門和人員。事實上,建立和加強間接物料采購管理職能能夠為公司節(jié)約成本做出重大貢獻(xiàn),其有效運行也是公司日常運營平穩(wěn)進(jìn)行的重要保障。所以當(dāng)今越來越多企業(yè)開始重視這個職能,將間接物料采購管理作為企業(yè)提高經(jīng)濟效益和增強市場競爭力的重要手段之一,以此來確保企業(yè)的長期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。本文以LT公司間接物料采購管理為研究對象,對LT公司的間接物料采購流程、供應(yīng)商管理流程、成本控制管理和績效考核體系進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,剖析其存在的問題。并基于LT公司間接物料采購的特點,提出優(yōu)化間接物料采購流程,改善間接物料供應(yīng)商管理,完善成本控制管理和間接物料采購績效考核體系等切實的改進(jìn)方案。本文作者希望通過本文研究能夠有助于LT公司間接物料采購管理的完善,能夠更好的提高采購管理效率和達(dá)到控制采購成本的效果,并為其他企業(yè)在間接物料采購管理方面提供一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the turbulence of international financial market and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, many enterprises are trying to find ways to open source and save money. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to this function and regard indirect material procurement management as an enterprise to improve economic efficiency and enhance market competitiveness. In this paper, the indirect material purchasing process, supplier management process, cost control management and performance appraisal system of LT company are investigated and studied, and the existing problems are analyzed. The author hopes that this study will be helpful to the improvement of LT company's indirect material purchasing management and the improvement of purchasing management. Efficiency and control of procurement costs, and for other enterprises in indirect material procurement management to provide a certain reference.
