【摘要】：目的建立科學(xué)、規(guī)范的社會(huì)工作者(社工)介入嚴(yán)重精神障礙社區(qū)服務(wù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。方法采用文獻(xiàn)資料法和德爾菲法,建立社工介入嚴(yán)重精神障礙社區(qū)服務(wù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系框架并編制專家咨詢問卷;于2015年5—8月采用電子郵件的方式對(duì)10例從事臨床精神醫(yī)學(xué)、精神科護(hù)理、社會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)、社會(huì)工作、社區(qū)精神病學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域工作且具有10年及以上專業(yè)技術(shù)工作經(jīng)歷、中級(jí)及以上職稱的專家進(jìn)行兩輪咨詢,根據(jù)專家意見的協(xié)調(diào)程度和集中程度,對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行增減和修改,建立社工介入嚴(yán)重精神障礙社區(qū)服務(wù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及其權(quán)重。結(jié)果兩輪專家咨詢,均發(fā)放問卷10份,回收有效問卷10份,有效回收率均為100%。專家的熟悉系數(shù)、判斷系數(shù)、權(quán)威系數(shù)分別為0.725、0.850、0.788。兩輪專家意見協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)(W)分別為0.403、0.464,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。構(gòu)建了一個(gè)包括3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)(資源投入、服務(wù)績效、工作結(jié)果)、13個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和58個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)的社工介入嚴(yán)重精神障礙社區(qū)服務(wù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,其中一級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重分別為0.338 0、0.331 0、0.331 0。結(jié)論專家的積極程度高,權(quán)威性和協(xié)調(diào)性較好,篩選出的綜合指標(biāo)可為社工介入嚴(yán)重精神障礙社區(qū)服務(wù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a scientific and standardized comprehensive evaluation index system for social workers involved in community services with severe mental disorders. Methods using the method of literature and Delphi, the framework of comprehensive evaluation index system of social workers' intervention in community service with severe mental disorders was established, and the questionnaire of expert consultation was compiled. From May to August 2015, 10 patients were engaged in clinical psychiatry, psychiatric nursing, social medicine, social work, community psychiatry, public health and had 10 years of professional and technical work experience. According to the degree of coordination and concentration of the expert opinion, the index was increased or decreased and modified, and the comprehensive evaluation index system and its weight of social worker intervention in community service for serious mental disorders were established. Results 10 questionnaires were sent out and 10 valid questionnaires were recovered in the two rounds of expert consultation. The effective recovery rate was 100 kum. The familiarity coefficient, judgment coefficient and authority coefficient of experts are 0.725 / 0. 850 / 0. 788 respectively. The coordination coefficient (W) of the two rounds of expert opinion was 0.403 and 0.464, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). A comprehensive evaluation index system of social workers' intervention in community services with severe mental disorders was constructed, which included 3 first-level indicators (resource input, service performance, work results), 13 second-level indicators and 58 third-level indicators. The weight of the first class index is 0.338 0 / 0.331 0 / 0.331 0 respectively. Conclusion the expert's positive degree is high, the authority and coordination are good, the comprehensive index can provide the basis for the social worker to intervene in the community service comprehensive evaluation of the serious mental disorder.
