【摘要】:正對(duì)于組織來(lái)說(shuō),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更替是重大的變革事項(xiàng),直接影響組織平穩(wěn)與績(jī)效,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者特別是履新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)對(duì)組織變革有清晰認(rèn)知,積極調(diào)整領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模式,適應(yīng)組織內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,促進(jìn)組織發(fā)展。間斷平衡理論較為客觀(guān)地對(duì)組織變革過(guò)程進(jìn)行了解釋,能夠?yàn)槁男骂I(lǐng)導(dǎo)開(kāi)局提供有效的理論指導(dǎo)。一、間斷平衡理論的內(nèi)涵最早提出間斷平衡理論的是生物學(xué)者,古生物學(xué)家古爾德和埃爾德里奇在達(dá)爾文漸進(jìn)主義學(xué)說(shuō)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出"系統(tǒng)中存在一種由偶
