【摘要】：文章運(yùn)用層次分析法,在構(gòu)建浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型基礎(chǔ)上,使用Yaahp軟件,評(píng)價(jià)與分析浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)自然資源、農(nóng)業(yè)文化資源、農(nóng)業(yè)政策資源、農(nóng)業(yè)金融政策資源及大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)業(yè)政策資源5方面外部條件對(duì)大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響。研究得出:農(nóng)業(yè)政策傾向性明顯,對(duì)大學(xué)生初始創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效不高;農(nóng)業(yè)金融政策門檻過高,對(duì)大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)鼓勵(lì)效果不顯著;大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)政策針對(duì)性不強(qiáng),對(duì)大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持作用不明顯。針對(duì)以上問題作者提出了改進(jìn)建議,并認(rèn)為浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)自然資源多樣、農(nóng)村文化資源豐富,為大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了廣闊的空間。
[Abstract]:On the basis of constructing the hierarchical structure model of agricultural entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation in Zhejiang Province, the paper uses Yaahp software to evaluate and analyze the agricultural natural resources, agricultural cultural resources and agricultural policy resources in Zhejiang Province. Effects of external conditions on Agricultural Self-Entrepreneurship of College students in five aspects: agricultural Financial Policy Resources and Agricultural Self-Entrepreneurship Policy Resources. The results show that: agricultural policy tendency is obvious, the initial entrepreneurial performance of college students is not high; the threshold of agricultural financial policy is too high, and the effect of encouraging college students' agricultural entrepreneurship is not significant; the self-entrepreneurship policy of college students is not targeted. To the university student agriculture independent enterprise support function is not obvious. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement, and points out that Zhejiang Province has diversified agricultural natural resources and abundant rural cultural resources, which provides a broad space for college students to start their own businesses on their own.
