【摘要】：聯(lián)盟企業(yè)獲取外部知識的同時,自身知識也面臨泄露的風(fēng)險。本文結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理理論與知識管理理論,構(gòu)建了知識獲取、知識泄露影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的理論模型,運(yùn)用233份有效問卷對所提出的研究假設(shè)及影響路徑進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:技術(shù)知識獲取與市場知識獲取均對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響;無論技術(shù)知識泄露還是市場知識泄露均對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效產(chǎn)生顯著的負(fù)向影響;技術(shù)動蕩性和市場動蕩性是重要的調(diào)節(jié)變量�，F(xiàn)有研究顯示知識轉(zhuǎn)移影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的實(shí)證結(jié)果具有顯著的差異性,本文的相關(guān)結(jié)論解釋了這種差異性產(chǎn)生的原因所在,深化并拓展了知識轉(zhuǎn)移理論研究。在研究結(jié)論基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了相應(yīng)的管理對策。
[Abstract]:The alliance enterprise acquires the external knowledge, at the same time, its own knowledge also faces the risk of leakage. Combined with strategic management theory and knowledge management theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model that knowledge acquisition and knowledge leakage affect the innovation performance of enterprises, and uses 233 valid questionnaires to test the proposed research hypothesis and influence path. The results show that both the acquisition of technical knowledge and the acquisition of market knowledge have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises, and both the leakage of technical knowledge and the leakage of market knowledge have a significant negative impact on the innovation performance of enterprises. Technological volatility and market volatility are important regulatory variables. Existing studies show that there are significant differences in empirical results of knowledge transfer affecting enterprise innovation performance. The relevant conclusions of this paper explain the reasons for this difference and deepen and expand the research of knowledge transfer theory. On the basis of the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures.
