【摘要】：運用適應度景觀理論對組織知識創(chuàng)新影響要素的組合適應度進行分析,探討組織在創(chuàng)新績效景觀上的重組和探索過程,尋找組織創(chuàng)新績效的有效提升路徑。研究結果表明:組織知識創(chuàng)新要素間的相互作用對提高組織創(chuàng)新績效具有重要作用;組織可通過知識創(chuàng)新影響要素的組合狀態(tài)了解當前狀況下的著重點,并可通過適應度景觀尋找到創(chuàng)新績效的最優(yōu)提升路徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the landscape fitness theory, this paper analyzes the combination fitness of the influencing factors of organizational knowledge innovation, probes into the reorganization and exploration process of organizational innovation performance landscape, and finds out the effective way to promote organizational innovation performance. The results show that: the interaction between organizational knowledge innovation elements plays an important role in improving organizational innovation performance, and the organization can understand the focus of the current situation through the combination of knowledge innovation factors. And we can find the best way to improve the innovation performance through the adaptation landscape.
