【摘要】：結(jié)合我國轉(zhuǎn)型期的制度背景,文章從微觀層面分析知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的影響,進一步考察其作用機制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對創(chuàng)新績效具有顯著的促進作用,且其作用機制是通過RD投資作為部分中介變量的;知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護正向調(diào)節(jié)了RD投資與創(chuàng)新績效之間的關(guān)系。作為對策,除了在加強知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護意識方面進行努力外,還應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮其他創(chuàng)新渠道的協(xié)同效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Combined with the institutional background of China's transition period, this paper analyzes the impact of intellectual property protection on the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from the micro level, and further investigates its mechanism. It is found that intellectual property protection has a significant promoting effect on innovation performance, and its mechanism is through R D investment as a partial intermediary variable, and intellectual property protection positively regulates the relationship between R D investment and innovation performance. As countermeasures, in addition to the efforts to strengthen the awareness of intellectual property protection, we should give full play to the synergy of other innovative channels.
