高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及其有效教學(xué)策略研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,人們獲取信息的途徑日益增多,傳統(tǒng)意義上教學(xué)已不能滿足學(xué)生個(gè)性化的學(xué)習(xí)方式。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始影響中國(guó)高等學(xué)校教育的目標(biāo)及方向,因此作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的高校教師必須不斷提升數(shù)字素養(yǎng),以新型的教學(xué)模式提升教學(xué)效果。但是由于缺乏互聯(lián)網(wǎng)教育思維的引導(dǎo),造成教師對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)問(wèn)題思考不夠全面,教學(xué)效果并不突出。在這種情況下,有必要運(yùn)用有效教學(xué)理論,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),引導(dǎo)教師用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)教育思維”全面思考網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程有效教學(xué)問(wèn)題,有效地激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),不斷提升教學(xué)效果。本研究從高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程教學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),以云南師范大學(xué)為個(gè)案,對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和梳理。發(fā)現(xiàn)許多高校教師因?qū)W(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)缺乏全面的思考等造成高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的教學(xué)效果不容樂(lè)觀。因此本文以有效教學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),再結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步梳理了網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程有效教學(xué)的內(nèi)涵及特征。然后,通過(guò)對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程教學(xué)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,分別從教師和學(xué)校層面提出了一系列提升高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程有效教學(xué)的策略,希望能夠?yàn)樘嵘咝>W(wǎng)絡(luò)課程教學(xué)的有效性提供一定的參考。全文詳細(xì)論述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程有效教學(xué)的內(nèi)涵(有效率、有效果、有效益、有吸引力)。再在非指導(dǎo)性教學(xué)策略和有意義接受學(xué)習(xí)理論深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),從利用環(huán)境創(chuàng)生策略進(jìn)行充分的教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備;利用交互作用策略,確保教學(xué)過(guò)程的順利開(kāi)展;采用績(jī)效支持策略,開(kāi)展有效的學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià);采用知識(shí)管理策略對(duì)課程與教學(xué)進(jìn)行有效的組織管理以及從學(xué)校層面的支持策略等方面提出了一系列提升高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程有效教學(xué)的策略。本文提出的策略以“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)教育思維”為著眼點(diǎn),針對(duì)在實(shí)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程教學(xué)中最容易被教師忽略或者運(yùn)用方式不當(dāng)?shù)确矫?以求運(yùn)用了這些策略之后教學(xué)效果更好,更有效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet communication technology, there are more and more ways for people to obtain information. In traditional sense, teaching can no longer meet the needs of students' individualized learning. Network teaching has already begun to influence the goal and direction of higher education in China. Therefore, college teachers in the Internet era must constantly improve their digital literacy and improve the teaching effect with a new teaching mode. However, due to the lack of the guidance of Internet education thinking, teachers do not think comprehensively about network teaching problems, and the teaching effect is not outstanding. In this case, it is necessary to apply effective teaching theory and combine the characteristics of network teaching to guide teachers to think about the effective teaching problem of network course with "Internet education thinking", so as to stimulate students' learning motivation effectively. Improve the teaching effect continuously. Based on the current situation of network course teaching in colleges and universities and taking Yunnan normal University as an example, the present situation and problems of network course teaching in colleges and universities are analyzed and sorted out. It is found that many college teachers lack of comprehensive thinking about network teaching, so the teaching effect of network course in colleges and universities is not optimistic. Therefore, based on the effective teaching theory and combined with the characteristics of network teaching, this paper further combs the connotation and characteristics of effective teaching of network course. Then, through the analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of network courses in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a series of strategies to promote the effective teaching of network courses in colleges and universities from the teacher and school levels, respectively. We hope to provide some reference for improving the effectiveness of network course teaching in colleges and universities. This paper discusses in detail the connotation of effective teaching of network course (efficiency, effect, benefit and attraction). Then on the basis of the in-depth study of non-guiding teaching strategy and meaningful acceptance of learning theory, combined with the characteristics of network teaching, from the use of environmental generation strategy to make full teaching preparation, the use of interactive strategies, To ensure the smooth development of the teaching process; to adopt performance support strategies to carry out effective learning evaluation; This paper puts forward a series of strategies to improve the effective teaching of online courses in colleges and universities from the aspects of effective organization and management of curriculum and teaching and support strategies at school level. The strategies put forward in this paper focus on "thinking of Internet Education" and aim at the aspects of being neglected by teachers or improper in the teaching of practical online courses, so that the teaching effect is better and more effective after these strategies are applied.
