【摘要】：實(shí)驗(yàn)室作為高校開(kāi)展教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的重要場(chǎng)所,在科研活動(dòng)中扮演著關(guān)鍵性的角色。隨著高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展,實(shí)驗(yàn)室傳統(tǒng)管理方法已不能完全適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下的工作要求。介紹了高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)實(shí)施目標(biāo)管理的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行了分析,提出了實(shí)施氋校實(shí)驗(yàn)室目標(biāo)管理的有效途徑。設(shè)立高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室目標(biāo)管理組織結(jié)構(gòu);運(yùn)行激勵(lì)機(jī)制、溝通機(jī)制;采取定性定量相結(jié)合的考核模式,構(gòu)建以工作實(shí)績(jī)?yōu)楹诵牡目?jī)效評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等,為高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理體系的科學(xué)構(gòu)建提供了一定的理論參考。
[Abstract]:As an important place for colleges and universities to carry out educational and teaching activities, laboratories play a key role in scientific research activities. With the rapid development of laboratory construction in colleges and universities, the traditional methods of laboratory management can not fully meet the requirements of the new situation. This paper introduces the present situation of laboratory management in colleges and universities, analyzes on the necessity and feasibility of implementing objective management, and puts forward an effective way to implement the objective management of laboratory in colleges and universities. Setting up the organizational structure of university laboratory objective management, running incentive mechanism, communicating mechanism, adopting the examination mode of combining qualitative and quantitative, constructing the performance evaluation mechanism with work performance as the core, etc. It provides a certain theoretical reference for the scientific construction of laboratory management system in colleges and universities.
