決策制定方法和戰(zhàn)略決策速度與企業(yè)績效關(guān)系的實證研究

【摘要】:隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了劇烈地變化,企業(yè)的外部經(jīng)營環(huán)境逐漸呈現(xiàn)出不確定性、復(fù)雜性以及豐裕度低的特征,而環(huán)境因素對企業(yè)績效的影響也得到了越來越多學(xué)者的認(rèn)可。為了保證企業(yè)績效,高層管理團(tuán)隊不得不把握時機(jī)制定正確、有效地戰(zhàn)略決策。在高速發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境下,通過決策制定方法制定出正確的戰(zhàn)略決策不但能幫助企業(yè)在危急關(guān)頭及時做出戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整,而且在市場變化的關(guān)鍵時刻有利于企業(yè)搶占市場先機(jī)。因此,決策制定方法對企業(yè)績效而言有著重要意義。本文首先結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略決策過程理論,在回顧與梳理決策制定方法、戰(zhàn)略決策速度與企業(yè)績效相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建概念模型,提出理論假設(shè)。即決策制定方法兩個維度與企業(yè)績效正相關(guān);決策制定方法兩個維度與戰(zhàn)略決策速度正相關(guān);戰(zhàn)略決策速度與企業(yè)績效正相關(guān);戰(zhàn)略決策速度在決策制定方法與企業(yè)績效間起到中介作用。隨后根據(jù)相關(guān)學(xué)者的理論研究和實證研究選取決策制定方法、戰(zhàn)略決策速度及企業(yè)績效的測量指標(biāo),采用問卷調(diào)查方式,對我國中北部及沿海地區(qū)62家企業(yè)高管進(jìn)行調(diào)研,共收集有效數(shù)據(jù)197份。利用SPSS20.0,Amos20.0統(tǒng)計分析軟件對有效數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度效度檢驗、相關(guān)分析及結(jié)構(gòu)方程檢驗。實證研究結(jié)果表明,決策制定方法中戰(zhàn)略共識與認(rèn)知沖突兩個維度與企業(yè)績效顯著正相關(guān);決策制定方法中戰(zhàn)略共識與認(rèn)知沖突兩個維度與戰(zhàn)略決策速度顯著正相關(guān);戰(zhàn)略決策速度與企業(yè)績效顯著正相關(guān);戰(zhàn)略決策速度在決策制定方法與企業(yè)績效之間起到部分中介作用,其中,戰(zhàn)略決策速度在戰(zhàn)略共識與企業(yè)績效之間只存在間接效應(yīng),戰(zhàn)略決策速度在認(rèn)知沖突與企業(yè)績效之間既存在間接效應(yīng)又存在直接效應(yīng)。最后,本研究進(jìn)一步探討了文章的研究結(jié)論,及其對管理學(xué)的啟示,提出了本研究的局限性,并對未來的研究方向做出了展望。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of knowledge economy and economic globalization, the external environment of enterprises has changed dramatically. The external business environment of enterprises gradually presents the characteristics of uncertainty, complexity and low abundance. The impact of environmental factors on corporate performance has also been recognized by more and more scholars. In order to ensure enterprise performance, senior management team has to seize the opportunity to make correct and effective strategic decisions. Under the environment of high speed development, making the correct strategic decision through the method of decision making can not only help the enterprise to make the strategic adjustment in time of crisis, but also help the enterprise to seize the market opportunity at the critical moment of market change. Therefore, the decision-making method has the important significance to the enterprise performance. In this paper, based on the theory of strategic decision-making process, the conceptual model is constructed on the basis of reviewing and combing the methods of decision making, the speed of strategic decision and the performance of enterprises, and the theoretical hypothesis is put forward. That is, the two dimensions of decision making method are positively related to enterprise performance, the two dimensions of decision-making method are positively related to the speed of strategic decision making, the speed of strategic decision making is positively related to enterprise performance. Strategic decision-making speed plays an intermediary role between decision-making method and enterprise performance. Then according to the relevant scholars' theoretical research and empirical research, select the decision-making methods, strategic decision-making speed and corporate performance measurement indicators, using a questionnaire survey of 62 corporate executives in the central and northern and coastal areas of China. A total of 197 valid data were collected. SPSS 20.0 Amos 20.0 software was used to test the reliability and validity of effective data, correlation analysis and structural equation test. The empirical results show that the two dimensions of strategic consensus and cognitive conflict are positively correlated with firm performance, and the two dimensions of strategic consensus and cognitive conflict are positively correlated with the speed of strategic decision-making. The speed of strategic decision plays a part of intermediary role between decision-making method and enterprise performance, among which, there is only indirect effect between strategic decision speed and corporate performance. Strategic decision-making speed has both indirect and direct effects between cognitive conflict and firm performance. Finally, this study further discusses the conclusions of the paper, and its implications for management, puts forward the limitations of this study, and makes a prospect for the future research direction.
