【摘要】：民族志以參與觀察、深入訪(fǎng)談為主體研究方法,強(qiáng)調(diào)在自然狀態(tài)下觀察人類(lèi)行為,分析人類(lèi)行為與其所處社會(huì)環(huán)境及文化體系的關(guān)系。將民族志的研究方法應(yīng)用于工商世界便成為工商民族志,而在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)中應(yīng)用民族志的方法,將能夠大大地提升企業(yè)的業(yè)績(jī),是一種極其有效的增強(qiáng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)績(jī)效的方法。討論定性研究方法的價(jià)值及理論貢獻(xiàn),重點(diǎn)討論民族志在工商世界的應(yīng)用性問(wèn)題,討論民族志研究在企業(yè)文化或組織行為、消費(fèi)者行為、民族、地區(qū)、國(guó)際性差異的應(yīng)用及意義。
[Abstract]:The ethnography, taking part in the observation and in-depth interview as the main research method, emphasizes the observation of human behavior in the natural state and the relationship between human behavior and its social environment and cultural system. The application of ethnography to the industrial and commercial world will become a business ethnography, and the method of applying ethnography in marketing will be able to be used. It is an extremely effective method to enhance the performance of the marketing performance. It discusses the value and theoretical contribution of the qualitative research method, discusses the application of ethnography in the business world, and discusses the application and meaning of ethnographic research in corporate culture or organizational behavior, consumer behavior, ethnic, regional and international differences.
