【摘要】:績(jī)效管理是有效提高企業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力,充分發(fā)揮個(gè)人主觀能動(dòng)性的重要措施。電力企業(yè)合理的采用績(jī)效管理措施能夠提升電力企業(yè)的管理水平,帶來(lái)可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,幫助電力企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)其最終的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。本課題設(shè)計(jì)了一種更加完善的市級(jí)電力公司績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用360度績(jī)效考核方法,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)和個(gè)人的全方位考核,保證考核的客觀性、公平性和公正性;通過(guò)采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)模式,可以方便系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用和部署,方便用戶使用;采用了高效安全的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng),能夠有效保證系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的安全。論文首先介紹了績(jī)效管理的相關(guān)概念以及績(jī)效管理的目的,并對(duì)績(jī)效考核和績(jī)效管理進(jìn)行區(qū)分;對(duì)比分析了績(jī)效管理的四種主要模式,重點(diǎn)分析了平衡記分卡績(jī)效考核模式和360度績(jī)效考核模式,通過(guò)對(duì)其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的比較,確定了360度績(jī)效考核模式。設(shè)計(jì)了電力企業(yè)的績(jī)效管理的流程、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的分解以及PDCA循環(huán)的流程。其次分析了績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中所涉及的相關(guān)技術(shù),重點(diǎn)分析了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、分層式的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及基于B/S模式的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)比不同數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用范圍,選定SQL Server2008為本系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng);通過(guò)對(duì)比分析B/S結(jié)構(gòu)和C/S結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用范圍,選定B/S結(jié)構(gòu)作為本系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模式。論文重點(diǎn)分析了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容和實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)市級(jí)電力公司績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析,確定了系統(tǒng)的總體需求和設(shè)計(jì)原則;設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的組織體系、指標(biāo)體系、評(píng)價(jià)體系、考核體系以及安全保障體系,詳細(xì)介紹了部門考核實(shí)現(xiàn)和員工考核實(shí)現(xiàn),給出了程序設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)流程圖,分析了考核系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該包括的相關(guān)內(nèi)容以及最終的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,并給出實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)果圖。通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能測(cè)試、壓力測(cè)試以及運(yùn)行界面的檢查測(cè)試,發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)界面美觀、功能完善、性能滿足要求,能夠很好滿足市級(jí)電力公司的績(jī)效管理要求。
[Abstract]:Performance management is an important measure to improve the combat effectiveness of enterprise team and give full play to individual initiative. The reasonable adoption of performance management measures in electric power enterprises can improve the management level of electric power enterprises, bring considerable economic benefits, and help electric power enterprises to achieve their ultimate strategic objectives. This paper designs a more perfect performance management system for municipal power companies. The system adopts 360-degree performance appraisal method, which can realize the all-around assessment of team and individual, and ensure the objectivity, fairness and fairness of the evaluation, and the application and deployment of the system can be facilitated by adopting the B / S structure model. It is easy for users to use, and adopts an efficient and secure database system, which can effectively guarantee the security of system data. The paper first introduces the related concepts of performance management and the purpose of performance management, and distinguishes performance appraisal from performance management. The performance evaluation model of balanced Scorecard and 360-degree performance appraisal model are analyzed emphatically, and the 360-degree performance appraisal model is determined by comparing their advantages and disadvantages. The performance management process of electric power enterprises, the decomposition of enterprise strategic objectives and the process of PDCA cycle are designed. Secondly, the related technologies in the design of performance management system are analyzed, especially the database management system design, the hierarchical architecture design and the structure design based on the B / S model. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable scope of different database management systems, SQL Server2008 is selected as the database management system of this system, and the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of B / S structure and C / S structure are analyzed by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the B / S structure and the C / S structure. B / S structure is chosen as the structure mode of this system. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the system. Through the demand analysis of the performance management system of the municipal electric power company, the overall demand and design principle of the system are determined, and the organization system, the index system, the evaluation system, the assessment system and the safety guarantee system of the system are designed. This paper introduces the implementation of department assessment and staff assessment in detail, gives the relevant flow chart of program design, analyzes the relevant contents and final implementation methods of the evaluation system, and gives the implementation result diagram. Through the system function test, stress test and running interface inspection test, it is found that the system interface is beautiful, the function is perfect, and the performance meets the requirements, which can meet the performance management requirements of the municipal power company.
