【摘要】：國務(wù)院新國十條的出臺,為我國保險行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了強有力的政策支持,促進了我國保險行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。雖然我國保險行業(yè)的政策環(huán)境十分優(yōu)越,但依然面臨著十分嚴峻的競爭壓力,尤其是外資保險對我國保險行業(yè)的發(fā)展形成了不可忽視的不利影響。在復雜多變且競爭日趨激烈的環(huán)境中,我國保險企業(yè)只有不斷地發(fā)展自己,才能在中外保險競爭中處于優(yōu)勢。構(gòu)建適合公司的績效評價體系可以分析自身的優(yōu)勢與不足,提高企業(yè)競爭力,增強公司營運能力,促進公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文通過研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究成果,以A公司為例,深入實地調(diào)查,結(jié)合公司特點,揭示了A保險公司績效評價體系存在的問題是體系不科學、制度不健全、定位不準確,通過分析得出A保險公司存在問題的原因主要包括缺乏技術(shù)作保障、缺乏良好的管理制度、缺乏對績效理念的認知。提出A保險公司建立AHP-FCE模型的必要性,然后運用平衡計分卡的四個維度進行績效評價指標選取,構(gòu)建AHP-FCE模型分析A保險公司的優(yōu)勢與不足,結(jié)果顯示該公司的績效評價為中等。為使AHP-FCE模型在A公司績效評價中行之有效,本文提出了相關(guān)的保障措施。A保險公司需要加強績效理念培養(yǎng)、建立完善的績效評價體系制度、提供強有力的技術(shù)保障。希望本文能夠?qū)保險公司績效評價體系研究有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The introduction of the State Council provides strong policy support for the development of China's insurance industry and promotes the rapid development of China's insurance industry. Although the policy environment of insurance industry in our country is very superior, it is still facing very severe competition pressure, especially the foreign capital insurance has formed the negative influence which can not be ignored to the development of insurance industry of our country. In the environment of complex and changeable and increasingly fierce competition, the insurance enterprises of our country only develop themselves continuously, in order to be in advantage in the insurance competition between China and foreign countries. Building a performance evaluation system suitable for the company can analyze its own advantages and disadvantages, improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, enhance the company's operational ability, and promote the sustainable development of the company. Based on the research results at home and abroad, taking Company A as an example, the paper makes a thorough field investigation and combines with the characteristics of the company, reveals that the problems of the performance evaluation system of A insurance company are unscientific, imperfect system and inaccurate positioning. Through the analysis, the main reasons for the problems of A insurance company include lack of technical protection, lack of good management system, lack of understanding of the concept of performance. The necessity of establishing AHP-FCE model for A insurance company is put forward, and then the four dimensions of balanced scorecard are used to select the performance evaluation index, and the AHP-FCE model is constructed to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of A insurance company. The results show that the performance evaluation of A insurance company is medium. In order to make the AHP-FCE model effective in the performance evaluation of company A, this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures. The insurance company needs to strengthen the cultivation of performance concept, establish a perfect system of performance evaluation, and provide a strong technical guarantee. I hope this paper can be helpful to the study of A insurance company performance evaluation system.
