T公司績(jī)效管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的現(xiàn)代社會(huì),市場(chǎng)對(duì)英語(yǔ)的需求進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,為此催生了大批規(guī)模大小不等、實(shí)力參差不齊的英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),教育培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈。為此,如何建立自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出是各培訓(xùn)行業(yè)需面臨的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。對(duì)于各培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)說(shuō),服務(wù)質(zhì)量和客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度是其實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵;而能否為客戶(hù)提供高質(zhì)量的服務(wù),能否保持客戶(hù)良好的滿(mǎn)意度,除了受到培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)從業(yè)人員自身技能水平的影響之外,更重要的是公司對(duì)人才的管理?(jī)效管理是對(duì)人的管理,不僅直接影響了公司人才的流動(dòng)性,更是公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要體現(xiàn)。本文主要分成五個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容:緒論部分綜合概述了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ);T公司績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀部分通過(guò)筆者實(shí)地考察、關(guān)鍵人物訪談及其員工問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析,對(duì)T公司的績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究分析;隨后對(duì)T公司的績(jī)效管理進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì);T公司績(jī)效管理優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的保障措施部分對(duì)具體的保障措施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明;最后是對(duì)本文的總結(jié)和展望。本文在對(duì)T公司的績(jī)效管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),從公司績(jī)效管理的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)入手,對(duì)T公司在各環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題有針對(duì)性的提出了優(yōu)化建議,從而能夠切實(shí)提高公司的整體績(jī)效及其對(duì)員工的高效管理,并為更多同類(lèi)企業(yè)提供有價(jià)值的參考和建議。
[Abstract]:In the modern society of economic globalization, the market demand for English has further expanded, which has given birth to a large number of English training institutions of varying size and uneven strength, and the competition in the education and training industry has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, how to establish their own core competitiveness and stand out in the fierce market competition is a problem that every training industry has to face. For each training organization, the service quality and customer satisfaction are the key to its rapid development, and the ability to provide high quality services to customers and maintain good customer satisfaction, Besides being influenced by the skill level of the employees of the training institution, it is more important for the company to manage the talents. Performance management is the management of people, which not only directly affects the mobility of the company's talents, but also reflects the core competitiveness of the company. This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction part summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper: the current situation of performance management of T Company through the author's field investigation, key person interviews and staff questionnaire analysis. This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of performance management in T Company, and then gives a detailed description of the specific safeguard measures for the performance management of T Company in the following parts: the optimal design of performance management of T Company and the guarantee measures of optimal design of performance management in T Company. The last part is the summary and prospect of this paper. In this paper, in the optimization of T company performance management design, starting from the company performance management of each link, T company in each link appeared problems targeted to put forward the optimization suggestions. Thus, it can improve the overall performance of the company and its efficient management of employees, and provide valuable reference and advice for more similar enterprises.
