社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)農(nóng)戶創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的影響研究——基于創(chuàng)業(yè)資源可得性的中介效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:構(gòu)建家庭、村級(jí)及商圈三維關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),并聯(lián)結(jié)創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、資源獲取及創(chuàng)業(yè)效果,依據(jù)陜西463份農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)農(nóng)戶創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的影響及其路徑。結(jié)果表明,三維社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)均對(duì)農(nóng)戶創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響,且通過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)資源可得性的部分中介效應(yīng)間接影響農(nóng)戶創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效;其中,信息可得性與正規(guī)信貸可得性在家庭社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與農(nóng)戶創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效之間的中介效應(yīng)一致,而在村級(jí)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、商業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)與農(nóng)戶創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效之間,信息可得性的中介效應(yīng)高于正規(guī)信貸可得性;非正規(guī)信貸可得性在三維社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響農(nóng)戶創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系中均不具有中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of 463 rural households in Shaanxi province, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of social network on the entrepreneurial performance of rural households and its path by building a three-dimensional relationship network among families, village level and business district, and connecting the entrepreneurial network, resource acquisition and entrepreneurial effect. The results show that the three-dimensional social networks have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of farmers, and indirectly affect the entrepreneurial performance of farmers through the partial intermediary effect of the availability of entrepreneurial resources. The intermediary effect of information availability and formal credit availability is consistent between family social network and farmer's entrepreneurial performance, but between village social network, business relationship network and farmer's entrepreneurial performance. The intermediary effect of information availability is higher than that of formal credit availability, and the informal credit availability has no intermediary effect in the relationship between three-dimensional social network and farmers' entrepreneurial performance.
