【摘要】：協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力。運用2002-2014年京津冀、長三角、珠三角三大區(qū)域省際或各地市數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度模型與數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)法度量協(xié)同創(chuàng)新度和創(chuàng)新績效,構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對創(chuàng)新績效影響的計量模型;應(yīng)用空間計量技術(shù)對區(qū)域一體化與創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系進行分析。結(jié)果表明,除珠三角外,長三角和京津冀協(xié)同創(chuàng)新活動對創(chuàng)新績效無顯著影響;區(qū)域一體化程度越高,區(qū)域內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新績效分布越均衡;"企業(yè)自身投入"與"政府資助"等內(nèi)生要素是促進區(qū)域一體化和提升創(chuàng)新績效的主要動力。因此,應(yīng)促進區(qū)域內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)要素自由、合理流動,實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新資源有效溢出,提升區(qū)域發(fā)展內(nèi)生動力,加深區(qū)域一體化程度,提高創(chuàng)新效率。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation is the internal motive force of regional coordinated development. Based on the data from 2002 to 2014 in the three major regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, the synergy degree model and the data envelopment method are used to measure the degree of innovation and the innovation performance. A quantitative model of the impact of collaborative innovation on innovation performance is constructed, and the relationship between regional integration and innovation performance is analyzed by spatial measurement technology. The results show that, with the exception of the Pearl River Delta, there is no significant effect on innovation performance in the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation activities, and the higher the degree of regional integration is, The more balanced the distribution of regional innovation performance is, the more endogenous factors such as "enterprise's own investment" and "government subsidy" are the main driving force to promote regional integration and improve innovation performance. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the free and reasonable flow of factors of production within the region, to realize the effective overflow of innovative resources, to promote the endogenous motive force of regional development, to deepen the degree of regional integration and to improve the efficiency of innovation.
