【摘要】:文章采用140份主管—下屬配對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)樣本,運(yùn)用多元回歸方法驗(yàn)證了企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任對(duì)員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同和員工績(jī)效的影響,員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同對(duì)員工績(jī)效的影響,員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同在企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任與員工績(jī)效之間的中介作用,以及組織信任對(duì)員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同與員工績(jī)效的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任參與、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任聯(lián)想對(duì)員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同和員工績(jī)效有正向影響;員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同對(duì)員工績(jī)效有顯著正向影響;員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同完全中介企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任參與、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任聯(lián)想與員工績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系;組織信任正向調(diào)節(jié)員工—企業(yè)認(rèn)同與員工績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 140 matched data samples of supervisors and subordinates were used to verify the impact of corporate social responsibility on employee-corporate identity and employee performance, and employee-business identity on employee performance.The intermediary role of employee-enterprise identity between corporate social responsibility and employee performance, and the role of organizational trust in regulating employee-enterprise identity and employee performance.The results show that corporate social responsibility association has positive influence on employee-enterprise identity and employee performance, employee-enterprise identity has significant positive effect on employee performance.Employee-enterprise identity completely mediates the participation of corporate social responsibility and the relationship between association of corporate social responsibility and employee performance; organizational trust positively regulates the relationship between employee-enterprise identity and employee performance.
