【摘要】：地方高校社會服務(wù)功能的發(fā)揮,既能促進地方經(jīng)濟和社會文化發(fā)展,也可促進自身教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)校地雙方發(fā)展雙贏局面,日益引起了校地雙方的共同關(guān)注。地方高校依托新農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究開展了多功能農(nóng)業(yè)綜合服務(wù)示范基地、農(nóng)業(yè)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)基地和分布式服務(wù)站等新農(nóng)村服務(wù)基地的建設(shè)工作,并為新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供了多元化的服務(wù)。在基地建設(shè)和服務(wù)提供過程中,地方高校在科技、教育、經(jīng)濟、文化等方面彰顯了自身的社會服務(wù)功能,但仍存在著經(jīng)費不足、激勵措施不力、校地協(xié)同性差和成效不顯著等問題。地方高校今后要通過加快基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)經(jīng)費投入、進一步強化激勵措施、組建校地協(xié)同服務(wù)機制來繼續(xù)推進基地的建設(shè)及服務(wù)工作,以提升新農(nóng)村服務(wù)基地工作的整體績效。
[Abstract]:The function of social service in local colleges and universities can not only promote the development of local economy and social culture, but also promote the development of their own educational undertakings.Based on the research of new rural development, local colleges and universities have carried out the construction of multi-function agricultural comprehensive service demonstration base, agricultural characteristic industry base and distributed service station, and provided diversified services for the new rural construction.In the process of base construction and service provision, local colleges and universities show their social service function in science and technology, education, economy, culture and so on, but there are still insufficient funds and inadequate incentives.The cooperation of school and land is poor and the effect is not remarkable.In order to improve the overall performance of the new rural service base, local colleges and universities should continue to promote the construction and service of the base by speeding up the investment of infrastructure construction funds, further strengthening the incentive measures, and establishing the cooperative service mechanism of the school and the land to further promote the construction and service work of the new rural service base.
