【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)激情是創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中創(chuàng)業(yè)者表現(xiàn)的最為明顯的情感特征,其是否能夠促進創(chuàng)業(yè)的成功,是創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域目前關(guān)注的熱點問題�；诟唠A梯隊理論,構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的影響機制模型,探索了機會獲取在這一關(guān)系中的中介作用,檢驗了創(chuàng)業(yè)者人力資本和社會資本的調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過110份有效樣本,運用多層次回歸的方法,得出以下結(jié)論:創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情顯著正向影響新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效;組織的機會獲取完全中介創(chuàng)業(yè)激情與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效間的關(guān)系;創(chuàng)業(yè)者的先前行業(yè)經(jīng)驗負向調(diào)節(jié)創(chuàng)業(yè)激情與機會獲取間的關(guān)系,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的社會資本正向調(diào)節(jié)創(chuàng)業(yè)激情與機會獲取間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial passion is the most obvious emotional characteristic of entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship. Whether it can promote the success of entrepreneurship is a hot issue in the field of entrepreneurship.Based on the theory of higher echelons, this paper constructs the mechanism model of the influence of entrepreneurial passion on the performance of new enterprises, explores the intermediary role of opportunity acquisition in this relationship, and tests the regulatory role of entrepreneur's human capital and social capital.Through 110 effective samples and using the method of multi-level regression, the following conclusions are drawn: entrepreneur's entrepreneurial passion significantly positively affects the performance of the start-up enterprise, the relationship between the organization's opportunity to obtain the complete intermediary entrepreneurial passion and the new enterprise's performance;The former industry experience of entrepreneurs negatively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and opportunity acquisition, while the social capital of entrepreneurs positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and opportunity acquisition.
