【摘要】：通過(guò)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),科技資源共享的影響因素主要包括市場(chǎng)、政策、系統(tǒng)、意識(shí)與環(huán)境等方面。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,構(gòu)建科技資源共享模型,演示要素之間變化規(guī)律和運(yùn)行機(jī)制,提出加快建立科技資源共享的政策建議,有助于為政府優(yōu)化科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、為企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)新績(jī)效,提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:It is found that the influencing factors of scientific and technological resource sharing include market, policy, system, consciousness and environment.According to the theory of system dynamics, this paper constructs a scientific and technological resource sharing model, demonstrates the changing law and operation mechanism among the elements, and puts forward some policy suggestions to accelerate the establishment of scientific and technological resource sharing, which is helpful to optimize the scientific and technological innovation environment for the government.For enterprises to improve innovation performance, to provide a certain reference value.
