【摘要】：不同地區(qū)之間文化差異導致對廣義生產(chǎn)要素的管理產(chǎn)生了深刻差異,對物資資本累積、人力資本、技術(shù)及制度選擇等產(chǎn)生巨大影響,從而導致了長期宏觀經(jīng)濟管理績效不同;同時,文化差異也深刻影響了地區(qū)經(jīng)濟和社會的發(fā)展,新教倫理派生的資本主義精神催生了企業(yè)家的創(chuàng)造性破壞,促進了西歐經(jīng)濟的崛起,儒家克己精神、重視教育和社會秩序等因素結(jié)合西方的科學技術(shù)、職業(yè)技能和企業(yè)管理知識,創(chuàng)造了東亞奇跡。通過經(jīng)濟增長模型的研究說明,不同的文化資本對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長具有不同的的作用,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要文化稟賦,初始文化稟賦豐沛的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟有著更快的經(jīng)濟增長,經(jīng)濟富裕的地區(qū)可以更好地促進文化稟賦的增長。
[Abstract]:The cultural differences between different regions lead to profound differences in the management of generalized factors of production, which have a great impact on the accumulation of material capital, human capital, technology and system selection, and thus lead to different performance of long-term macroeconomic management.At the same time, cultural differences also profoundly affected the development of regional economy and society. The spirit of capitalism derived from Protestant ethics gave birth to the creative destruction of entrepreneurs, promoted the rise of Western European economy, and the Confucian spirit of self-denial.Emphasis on education and social order combined with Western science and technology, vocational skills and business management knowledge created the East Asian miracle.The study of economic growth model shows that different cultural capital has different effects on regional economic growth, economic development needs cultural endowment, and regional economy with abundant initial cultural endowment has faster economic growth.Economically prosperous regions can better promote the growth of cultural endowments.
