基于混合方法的工作樂趣分類模型構(gòu)建及其效用的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:本文采用混合研究的方法,分析目前兩岸企業(yè)工作樂趣的開展類型和效果。在構(gòu)建類型學(xué)概念模型基礎(chǔ)上,修訂中華工作樂趣測量量表并檢驗(yàn)不同樂趣活動(dòng)對員工的績效影響差異。數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明社交型、放松型、輔助型和福利型樂趣的四類結(jié)構(gòu)信效度良好,但不同類型樂趣對員工滿意度、任務(wù)績效和組織公民行為的影響存在明顯差異。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mixed research method is used to analyze the types and effects of the current cross-Strait enterprises' work fun.Based on the conceptual model of typology, the Chinese job fun measurement scale was revised to test the difference of the effect of different fun activities on employees' performance.The results of data analysis showed that the reliability and validity of the four types of social, relaxed, auxiliary and welfare-based pleasures were good, but the effects of different types of fun on employee satisfaction, task performance and organizational citizenship behavior were significantly different.
