基于混合方法的工作樂(lè)趣分類(lèi)模型構(gòu)建及其效用的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:本文采用混合研究的方法,分析目前兩岸企業(yè)工作樂(lè)趣的開(kāi)展類(lèi)型和效果。在構(gòu)建類(lèi)型學(xué)概念模型基礎(chǔ)上,修訂中華工作樂(lè)趣測(cè)量量表并檢驗(yàn)不同樂(lè)趣活動(dòng)對(duì)員工的績(jī)效影響差異。數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明社交型、放松型、輔助型和福利型樂(lè)趣的四類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)信效度良好,但不同類(lèi)型樂(lè)趣對(duì)員工滿(mǎn)意度、任務(wù)績(jī)效和組織公民行為的影響存在明顯差異。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mixed research method is used to analyze the types and effects of the current cross-Strait enterprises' work fun.Based on the conceptual model of typology, the Chinese job fun measurement scale was revised to test the difference of the effect of different fun activities on employees' performance.The results of data analysis showed that the reliability and validity of the four types of social, relaxed, auxiliary and welfare-based pleasures were good, but the effects of different types of fun on employee satisfaction, task performance and organizational citizenship behavior were significantly different.
