【摘要】：高校教師分類考核已經(jīng)是大勢所趨,針對南京航空航天大學航空宇航學院實驗室為典型代表的高校工科實驗技術(shù)人員在實際工作中以有實驗室教學、輔助科研、創(chuàng)新實踐指導和設(shè)備維護等多樣化任務(wù)為研究切入點,以人性化、可操作性為目標,提出了實驗室技術(shù)人員按教學實驗崗、科研實驗崗、創(chuàng)新實踐指導崗、綜合服務(wù)崗的精細化分類;并以此設(shè)計了量化考核指標,以及此基礎(chǔ)上探索評價指標與分類管理的耦合關(guān)系,建立反饋聯(lián)動,形成動態(tài)管理模式,及時更新指標,制定符合新形勢下高校工科實驗室技術(shù)人員評價考核體系,為工科實驗室技術(shù)人員績效考核提供參考。
[Abstract]:The classification assessment of college teachers is the trend of the times. The laboratory of Aeronautics and Astronautics College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics is the typical representative of engineering experiment technicians in colleges and universities.With the aim of humanization and maneuverability, this paper puts forward the laboratory technicians' teaching experiment post, scientific research experiment post, innovation practice guiding post, and so on.On the basis of the detailed classification of comprehensive service post, the quantitative assessment index is designed, and the coupling relationship between evaluation index and classification management is explored, the feedback linkage is established, the dynamic management mode is formed, and the index is updated in time.In order to provide reference for the performance evaluation of technical personnel in engineering laboratories, the evaluation and assessment system of technicians in colleges and universities should be established under the new situation.
