【摘要】：隨著改革開放的持續(xù)深入,我國(guó)外貿(mào)行業(yè)的發(fā)展也逐漸駛?cè)肓丝燔嚨?即使在全球金融危機(jī)的不利環(huán)境下,浙江商人以“敢為人先”的精神使浙江的中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)也如雨后春筍般地快速成長(zhǎng)起來,但是近年國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)也發(fā)生著巨大的變化,中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展正面臨前所唯有的危機(jī)。在這個(gè)緊迫的經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境下,上海自貿(mào)區(qū)于2013年9月29日正式掛牌,標(biāo)志著這塊承載著推進(jìn)全面改革和進(jìn)一步開放水平的試驗(yàn)田正式開始耕耘,我國(guó)進(jìn)入新一輪的經(jīng)濟(jì)開放與探索實(shí)踐。在這一重大外部機(jī)遇中,浙江中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)如何才能充分利用臨近上海的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),把握這一千載難逢的機(jī)會(huì),積極調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,從而獲得新的發(fā)展動(dòng)力?基于此,本文選取具有較強(qiáng)典型性的寧波FT貿(mào)易公司作為研究樣本,就該問題提出相關(guān)研究,探索上海自貿(mào)區(qū)設(shè)立的背景下寧波FT貿(mào)易公司究竟應(yīng)如何激流勇進(jìn)選擇正確戰(zhàn)略積極應(yīng)對(duì)。本文先依據(jù)企業(yè)生命周期理論得出該企業(yè)處于企業(yè)生命周期的成熟期并面臨衰退的險(xiǎn)境,再采取戰(zhàn)略管理中常用的SWOT分析法,并結(jié)合針對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)的訪談,初步匹配出該適合該公司的戰(zhàn)略措施,最后通過德爾菲法進(jìn)一步確定與優(yōu)化適合FT貿(mào)易公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,令研究結(jié)果與研究目的相匹配,使其具有更強(qiáng)的有效性和可操作性。本文研究的將自貿(mào)區(qū)政策結(jié)合中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)實(shí)性分析,結(jié)合周邊地方政府出臺(tái)的相關(guān)政策,通過科學(xué)的分析方法,得出公司地址遷移、爭(zhēng)取地方政府扶持補(bǔ)助、建立新的績(jī)效考核體系、開發(fā)新興市場(chǎng)、關(guān)注自貿(mào)區(qū)政策變動(dòng)等戰(zhàn)略措施,具有較高的時(shí)代感和較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the development of China's foreign trade industry has gradually entered the fast lane, even in the adverse environment of the global financial crisis.In the spirit of "being the first", Zhejiang businessmen have made small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang grow rapidly, but in recent years the economic situation at home and abroad has also undergone tremendous changes.The survival and development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are facing the only crisis before.In this urgent economic environment, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone was officially listed on September 29, 2013, marking the official beginning of the cultivation of this experimental field, which is carrying comprehensive reform and further opening up.Our country enters a new round of economic opening and exploration practice.In this important external opportunity, how can small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang make full use of the location advantage near Shanghai, grasp this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and actively adjust the development strategy so as to obtain a new development power?Based on this, this paper selects Ningbo FT Trading Company, which has a strong typicality, as the research sample, and puts forward the relevant research on this issue.Under the background of the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, Ningbo FT Trading Company should choose the correct strategy to deal with it.Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle, this paper first concludes that the enterprise is in the mature period of the enterprise life cycle and faces the risk of recession, then adopts the SWOT analysis method commonly used in strategic management, and combines with the targeted design interview.The strategic measures suitable for the company are preliminarily matched. Finally, through Delphi method, the development strategy plan suitable for FT Trading Company is further determined and optimized, so that the research results can be matched with the purpose of the research.Make it more effective and operable.Establishing a new performance appraisal system, developing new markets, and paying attention to the policy changes of the free trade zone have a higher sense of the times and stronger practical significance.
