【摘要】：通過(guò)從技術(shù)水平、研發(fā)能力、海洋創(chuàng)新環(huán)境和科技創(chuàng)新績(jī)效這四個(gè)維度出發(fā),結(jié)合海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展自身特點(diǎn),力求找出影響海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的系列海洋科技創(chuàng)新因子,并運(yùn)用主成分分析法篩選出主要影響因子進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明,技術(shù)投入及內(nèi)部效率提高、生產(chǎn)要素配置、科技服務(wù)與金融體系和海洋科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境是影響海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要影響因子,證實(shí)了科技創(chuàng)新在海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中不可忽視的影響作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the four dimensions of technological level, R & D capability, marine innovation environment and scientific and technological innovation performance, combined with the characteristics of marine economic development, this paper tries to find out a series of marine scientific and technological innovation factors that affect the structural transformation of marine economy. The main influencing factors were screened by principal component analysis. The results showed that the technical input and internal efficiency were improved, and the production factors were allocated. Science and technology service, financial system and marine science and technology innovation environment are the important factors influencing the structural transformation of marine economy, which proves that scientific and technological innovation can not be ignored in the process of marine economic structural transformation.
