【摘要】：發(fā)展混合所有制經(jīng)濟是東北國有企業(yè)改革的重要路徑選擇。在分析混合所有制兩種基本模式即股權(quán)運營和債權(quán)運營基礎(chǔ)上,文章從資本結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)績效與國有股比例之間的關(guān)系角度,研究了混合所有制下的國有資本進入的影響因素。基于上市公司的實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),資本結(jié)構(gòu)和績效對東北及其他地區(qū)國有企業(yè)國有股比例的影響存在著顯著的差異性,這意味著東北地區(qū)國有企業(yè)有著不同于其他地區(qū)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、模式和特點,旨在深化東北地區(qū)的國有企業(yè)改革需要差異化的政策支持。
[Abstract]:The development of mixed ownership economy is an important path choice for the reform of northeast state-owned enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the two basic modes of mixed ownership, that is, equity operation and creditor's rights operation, the paper starts with the capital structure. From the perspective of the relationship between enterprise performance and the proportion of state-owned shares, this paper studies the factors influencing the entry of state-owned capital under mixed ownership. There are significant differences in the influence of capital structure and performance on the proportion of state-owned shares in state-owned enterprises in Northeast China and other regions, which means that state-owned enterprises in Northeast China have different development bases, models and characteristics from other regions. In order to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises in Northeast China, the policy support of differentiation is needed.
