領(lǐng)導(dǎo)排斥的概念及其影響因素毒性三角模型

【摘要】:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)排斥是一種廣泛存在于各類(lèi)組織中的工作場(chǎng)所偏離行為,體現(xiàn)為下屬主觀感知到的來(lái)自上級(jí)的忽視、排斥與拒絕。相關(guān)研究表明,它對(duì)下屬的工作滿意度與工作績(jī)效等存在顯著負(fù)性影響。但目前學(xué)術(shù)界尚缺乏專(zhuān)門(mén)針對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)排斥的系統(tǒng)學(xué)術(shù)研究。本文在對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)排斥的概念、特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,參照Padilla的破壞型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)毒性三角模型從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、下屬和組織環(huán)境三個(gè)角度對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)排斥的具體影響因素進(jìn)行深入探討,以期為后續(xù)研究和相關(guān)實(shí)踐工作提供重要理論參考。
[Abstract]:Leadership exclusion is a kind of workplace deviation that widely exists in all kinds of organizations. It is reflected in subordinate subjective perception of neglect, exclusion and rejection from superiors. It has a significant negative impact on the job satisfaction and job performance of subordinates. However, there is no systematic academic research on leadership exclusion in academic circles at present. Based on the summary and analysis of the characteristics and related studies, the specific factors affecting leadership exclusion are discussed from three angles of leadership, subordinates and organizational environment, referring to Padilla's destructive leadership toxicity triangle model. In order to provide an important theoretical reference for the follow-up research and related practical work.
