【摘要】：新能源發(fā)電績效評價是選擇合適新能源作為替代能源的關(guān)鍵。它具有指標值不精確、指標偏好間存在交互作用等特點。據(jù)此,本文在模糊測度和R-OWA算子等理論基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建考慮指標間交互作用的變權(quán)區(qū)間有序加權(quán)平均(Ordered weighted average operator with varied weighted,interval argument and interactive criteria,VI2 OWA)方法。探討區(qū)間有序加權(quán)平均算子(Ordered weighted average operator with interval argument and interactive criteria,I2 OWA)的性質(zhì);考慮不同區(qū)域偏好不同,設(shè)置兩類狀態(tài)變權(quán)函數(shù);并分析了VI2 OWA方法在江蘇省新能源發(fā)電績效評價中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The performance evaluation of new energy generation is the key to choose suitable new energy as alternative energy. Based on the theory of fuzzy measure and R-OWA operator, this paper constructs the ordered weighted weighted average operator with varied weighted interval argument and interactive criteriaVI2OWAA method, which considers the interaction between indexes, and discusses the ordered weighted average operator with interval ordered weighted average operator. With interval argument and interactive I2OWAA; Considering the different preferences of different regions, two kinds of state variable weight functions are set up, and the application of VI2 OWA method in the performance evaluation of new energy generation in Jiangsu Province is analyzed.
