商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因問(wèn)題:研究綜述與展望

【摘要】:商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)創(chuàng)造新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),獲取新的市場(chǎng)資源,發(fā)現(xiàn)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),從而提升績(jī)效。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩的背景下,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對(duì)于企業(yè)更是意義非凡。以往的研究主要聚焦于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新為企業(yè)帶來(lái)的積極結(jié)果。然而,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因因素依然混亂,其作用機(jī)制也是研究的"黑箱"。本研究首先回顧前人有關(guān)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的文獻(xiàn),梳理商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新為企業(yè)帶來(lái)的積極作用。其次,從功能角度分析制約和驅(qū)動(dòng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的因素,并從戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)域三個(gè)核心學(xué)派的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),刻畫(huà)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的形成機(jī)制。最后,本研究認(rèn)為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)內(nèi)外兼修的過(guò)程,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),其前因包括管理認(rèn)知、資源能力、組織活動(dòng)和盈利模式等內(nèi)部因素;以及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、情境因素、市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)和企業(yè)的價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)等外部因素;并對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)和在位企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因加以區(qū)分。本研究詳盡分析商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因變量及其作用機(jī)制,延伸商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究范圍,具有一定的理論價(jià)值;另外,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因研究能夠幫助企業(yè)準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行自我定位,使商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的成功實(shí)現(xiàn)有跡可循。
[Abstract]:Business model innovation can create new competitive advantages for enterprises, acquire new market resources, find new economic growth points, and thus improve performance. Business model innovation is of great significance to enterprises. Previous studies have focused on the positive results of business model innovation. However, the factors leading to business model innovation remain chaotic. The mechanism is also the "black box" of the study. This study first reviews the previous literature on business model innovation, combing the positive role that business model innovation brings to enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors restricting and driving business model innovation from the perspective of function, and describes the formation mechanism of business model innovation from the viewpoint of three core schools in strategic field. This study holds that business model innovation is a process of internal and external renovation. Through literature review, it is found that the former causes include internal factors such as management cognition, resource ability, organizational activities and profit model, as well as technological innovation, situational factors, etc. The external factors, such as market opportunity and enterprise value network, are distinguished from the antecedents of business model innovation of start-up and incumbent enterprises. This study analyzes the antecedents of business model innovation and its mechanism in detail. Extending the research scope of business model innovation has certain theoretical value; in addition, the research on the antecedents of business model innovation can help enterprises to accurately position themselves and make the successful realization of business model innovation follow.
