【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的進(jìn)程推進(jìn)了不同國(guó)家與地區(qū)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)滲透與關(guān)聯(lián),并一定程度上改變了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的態(tài)勢(shì)。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化促進(jìn)了全球企業(yè)跨國(guó)、跨地區(qū)的深入合作,在給全球貿(mào)易帶來(lái)巨大推動(dòng)力的同時(shí),也造成企業(yè)外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的重大不確定性。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化一方面帶來(lái)了更多的機(jī)會(huì)與可能,但隨之而來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn)也更加艱巨。我國(guó)作為新興的經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó),并且處在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全面轉(zhuǎn)型的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期,外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境更加動(dòng)蕩,充滿(mǎn)了不確定性,企業(yè)能否正確地應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境不確定性帶來(lái)的新的沖擊與挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文首先梳理了戰(zhàn)略柔性、企業(yè)績(jī)效和環(huán)境不確定性三者各自的理論基礎(chǔ)及研究成果,其次,依托于戰(zhàn)略柔性、企業(yè)績(jī)效和環(huán)境不確定性三方面已取得的理論研究積累,進(jìn)一步深入分析不確定環(huán)境、戰(zhàn)略柔性與企業(yè)績(jī)效三者之間存在的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建概念模型并提出相關(guān)的假設(shè)。然后,收集和處理相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究;最后,研究實(shí)證結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證相關(guān)的假設(shè),總結(jié)出實(shí)證研究結(jié)果的意義,為企業(yè)提高經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效提出建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)。本文以滬深兩市軟件和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)主板以及中小板上市公司為研究對(duì)象,選取2012-2014年共三年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)因子分析、多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析等方法對(duì)假設(shè)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)分析并得出研究結(jié)論。研究結(jié)果表明:資源柔性對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效有顯著的正向影響;能力柔性對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效有顯著的正向影響;戰(zhàn)略柔性對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效有顯著的正向影響。環(huán)境不確定性對(duì)戰(zhàn)略柔性與企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系起增強(qiáng)效應(yīng),即企業(yè)面臨的外部環(huán)境不確定性越高,戰(zhàn)略柔性越強(qiáng)的企業(yè),就更加能夠利用這種不確定性,順應(yīng)變化、利用變化、創(chuàng)造變化,進(jìn)而使企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升并樹(shù)立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:The process of economic globalization has promoted the economic infiltration and relationship among different countries and regions, and to some extent has changed the situation of the global economy. Economic globalization has promoted the transnational and cross-regional in-depth cooperation of global enterprises. While bringing tremendous impetus to global trade, it also creates major uncertainties in the external economic environment of enterprises. On the one hand, economic globalization has brought more opportunities and possibilities. However, the risks and challenges that come with it are even more arduous. As a new economic power, our country is in the critical period of transition from planned economy to market economy, and the external economic environment is more volatile and full of uncertainty. It is very important for the growth and development of the enterprise to correctly deal with the new impact and challenge brought by the environmental uncertainty. The theoretical basis and research results of enterprise performance and environmental uncertainty, secondly, based on the accumulation of theoretical research on strategic flexibility, enterprise performance and environmental uncertainty, the uncertain environment is further analyzed. The relationship between strategic flexibility and firm performance, build a conceptual model and put forward relevant assumptions. Then, collect and process the relevant data and conduct empirical research. Finally, the empirical results, verify the relevant assumptions. The significance of the empirical research results is summarized and constructive suggestions are put forward for enterprises to improve their business performance. This paper takes the main board of software and information technology service industry as well as the small and medium-sized board listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as the research objects. Through factor analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and so on, the hypothesis is tested and analyzed. The research results show that resource flexibility has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. Capability flexibility has a significant positive impact on firm performance, strategic flexibility has a significant positive impact on firm performance, environmental uncertainty has an enhanced effect on the relationship between strategic flexibility and business performance. That is, the higher the uncertainty of the external environment, the more flexible the enterprise strategy, the more able to make use of this uncertainty, adapt to change, use change, create changes, and then enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and set up competitive advantage. Improve business performance.
