【摘要】：本文通過制定醫(yī)院績效考核財務維度KPI,以平衡計分卡為考核工具,實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院預算范圍拓展指標的月度、年度績效考核,旨在提升醫(yī)院預算管理水平、拓展醫(yī)院預算范圍、保障醫(yī)院預算目標的實現(xiàn)。該方案的實施有效提升了醫(yī)院預算執(zhí)行力與預算質(zhì)量,對不斷優(yōu)化醫(yī)院醫(yī)療收入結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變醫(yī)院收入增長方式、降低運營成本起到積極的推動作用。
[Abstract]:By making the financial dimension of hospital performance appraisal KPI, using balanced scorecard as the assessment tool, this paper realizes the monthly and annual performance appraisal of the hospital budget range expansion index, aiming at improving the hospital budget management level and expanding the hospital budget scope. The implementation of the program can effectively improve the budget execution and budget quality, optimize the structure of hospital medical revenue, change the mode of hospital revenue growth, and reduce the operating cost.
