旅游公共服務供給評價研究——以京津冀地區(qū)游客為例

【摘要】:為了適應和引領經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新常態(tài),旅游業(yè)在加快轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式的過程中,需要著力推進供給側的改革。面對旅游者日益增長且升級變化的需求,現(xiàn)階段我國旅游公共服務在供給水平和供給效率方面顯得相對不足。因而,針對旅游公共服務在需求側和供給側所顯現(xiàn)出來的矛盾,本研究選取了京津冀地區(qū)的游客作為樣本進行研究問卷調(diào)查,在調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的基礎上,從旅游者的需求入手了解其對旅游公共服務重要性和績效性評價,并采用IPA分析法構建了四象限方格圖,根據(jù)旅游者的評分對旅游公共服務進行了分區(qū),分析和總結了每個象限內(nèi)的旅游公共服務供給的特點和未來應對其采取的對策。為未來旅游公共服務供給效率的提升以及旅游公共服務供給體系的改進和完善提供了有效的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development, the tourism industry needs to push forward supply-side reform in the process of speeding up the transformation of development mode. At present, the tourism public service in our country is relatively insufficient in terms of supply level and supply efficiency. Therefore, in view of the contradiction between the demand side and the supply side of tourism public service, This study selected tourists from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as a sample to conduct a questionnaire survey, based on the survey data, from the needs of tourists to understand the importance of tourism public service and performance evaluation. The four-quadrant grid is constructed by using IPA analysis method, and the public service of tourism is divided according to the tourists' scores. This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of tourism public service supply in each quadrant and the countermeasures to be taken in the future. It also puts forward some suggestions for improving the efficiency of tourism public service supply and the improvement and perfection of tourism public service supply system in the future. It provides an effective basis.
