【摘要】：孵化器的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展使孵化器承載協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體互動、推動網(wǎng)絡(luò)演進的功能得以體現(xiàn)。本研究將編配理論引入企業(yè)孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò),提出孵化器編配能力,以194家初創(chuàng)在孵企業(yè)為樣本,探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角下孵化器編配能力在網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同效應(yīng)的中介作用下對孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新績效的影響機理。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)孵化器編配能力的知識遷移能力維度、創(chuàng)新保護能力維度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定能力維度對網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同效應(yīng)和孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新績效均有顯著的正向影響;(2)網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同效應(yīng)在知識遷移能力維度與孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新績效之間表現(xiàn)出完全中介作用,而在創(chuàng)新保護能力維度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定能力維度與孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新績效之間起部分中介作用。研究結(jié)論為完善孵化器能力構(gòu)建與評價體系、解釋孵化器績效差異與孵化資源配置過程提供了新的理論視角,進一步深化了企業(yè)孵化理論。
[Abstract]:The network development of the incubator makes the incubator carry the interaction of the main body of the cooperative network and the function of promoting the evolution of the network. In this study, the theory of the business incubator is introduced into the incubator network, and the allocation ability of the incubator is put forward. Take 194 startups as a sample, This paper probes into the influence mechanism of incubator allocation ability on hatching network innovation performance under the medium of network synergy. The results show that the dimension of knowledge transfer ability and innovation protection ability of incubator allocation capability is one of the dimensions of knowledge transfer ability and innovation protection ability of incubator allocation capability. The dimension of network stability ability has a significant positive effect on network synergy and incubating network innovation performance.) Network synergy has a complete intermediary effect between knowledge transfer ability dimension and incubating network innovation performance. But in the innovation protection ability dimension, the network stability ability dimension and the incubation network innovation performance, the research conclusion is to perfect the incubator ability construction and the appraisal system. Explaining the differences in incubator performance and the process of allocation of incubator resources provides a new theoretical perspective and further deepens the theory of incubator.
