【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段鄉(xiāng)村復(fù)興的議題開始進(jìn)入到學(xué)界、政界以及媒體的視野。通過引入社會技術(shù)分層的分析框架,以浙江省湖州市荻港村的村莊復(fù)興為例,探究了社會技術(shù)在村莊復(fù)興中的作用和績效。結(jié)果表明,從村莊復(fù)興的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),可以將社會技術(shù)分層為政治技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)、文化技術(shù)以及生態(tài)技術(shù),通過應(yīng)用這四大社會技術(shù),能夠取得重組鄉(xiāng)村治理結(jié)構(gòu)、重振鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)活力、重塑鄉(xiāng)村文化魅力和重構(gòu)鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境美化的績效。因此,在村莊復(fù)興實踐中,我們應(yīng)積極應(yīng)用各類社會技術(shù),使其服務(wù)于村莊和諧發(fā)展的根本目標(biāo),最終實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時促進(jìn)哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的發(fā)展與繁榮。
[Abstract]:At this stage, the issue of rural renaissance has begun to enter the field of view of academia, political circles and the media. Through the introduction of an analytical framework of social and technological stratification, taking the village renaissance of Tigang Village in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, as an example, This paper explores the role and performance of social technology in village rejuvenation. The results show that social technology can be divided into political technology, economic technology, cultural technology and ecological technology from the perspective of the connotation of village rejuvenation. Through the application of these four social technologies, we can achieve the performance of reorganizing the rural governance structure, reviving the vitality of the rural industry, reshaping the charm of rural culture and reconstructing the rural landscaping. Therefore, in the practice of village rejuvenation, We should actively apply all kinds of social technology to serve the fundamental goal of harmonious development of villages, finally realize the sustainable development of rural society and promote the development and prosperity of philosophy and social sciences.
