【摘要】：建設(shè)海綿城市是緩解城市水資源短缺、城市內(nèi)澇、雨水徑流污染的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措。本文回顧海綿城市的緣起及通過(guò)分析海綿城市概念,提出生態(tài)學(xué)理論、景觀學(xué)理論及低影響開(kāi)發(fā)模式是海綿城市建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)梳理海綿城市的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),從海綿城市建設(shè)的理念文化、規(guī)劃建設(shè)、影響評(píng)估和實(shí)踐探索四個(gè)方面闡述了海綿城市建設(shè)研究進(jìn)展。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)目前多采用低影響開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)構(gòu)建海綿城市;在當(dāng)前我國(guó)海綿城市建設(shè)研究過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在技術(shù)研究基礎(chǔ)不足、建成績(jī)效難以評(píng)估、新舊城區(qū)改造難度大等問(wèn)題。對(duì)目前海綿城市建設(shè)研究情況分析,展望未來(lái)海綿城市建設(shè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The construction of sponge city is an important strategic measure to alleviate the shortage of water resources, urban waterlogging and Rain Water's runoff pollution. This paper reviews the origin of sponge city and puts forward the ecological theory by analyzing the concept of sponge city. Landscape theory and low impact development model are the theoretical basis of sponge city construction. Through combing the development context of sponge city, from the concept culture of sponge city construction, planning and construction, This paper expounds the research progress of sponge city construction in four aspects of impact assessment and practical exploration. The research finds that most of the sponge cities are constructed by low-impact development technology in China at present, and in the current research process of sponge city construction in China, It is found that the technological research foundation is insufficient, the construction performance is difficult to evaluate, and the reconstruction of the new and old urban areas is difficult. The present situation of sponge city construction research is analyzed, and the development trend of sponge city construction in the future is prospected.
