【摘要】：本文構(gòu)造了均衡擴(kuò)展的五等親模型來度量華人社會的差序格局,分別研究了企業(yè)內(nèi)部組織環(huán)境和外部制度環(huán)境對家族上市公司中控制人的差序格局的影響。實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),控制人獲得公司控制權(quán)的途徑、企業(yè)組織規(guī)模、上市時間,以及控制人現(xiàn)金流權(quán)比例、控制權(quán)和現(xiàn)金流權(quán)偏離水平等內(nèi)部因素均會對差序格局產(chǎn)生影響,但外部制度環(huán)境對差序格局的影響現(xiàn)階段還不明顯,整體上,當(dāng)前企業(yè)中的差序格局提升了代理效率和企業(yè)績效。本文研究結(jié)論對當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)"新常態(tài)"大背景下,內(nèi)部面臨交接班挑戰(zhàn)的上市家族企業(yè)的企業(yè)治理結(jié)構(gòu)安排具有一定的理論與實踐意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we construct a balanced and extended five-class pro model to measure the differential order pattern of Chinese society, and study the influence of the internal organizational environment and the external institutional environment of the enterprise on the differential order pattern of the controlling person in the family listed company. The internal factors, such as the way that the controller obtains the control of the company, the size of the enterprise, the time of listing, the proportion of the controlling person's cash flow right, the deviation level of the control right and the cash flow right, all have an impact on the differential order pattern. However, the influence of the external institutional environment on the differential order pattern is not obvious at the present stage. On the whole, the agency efficiency and enterprise performance have been improved by the differential order pattern in the current enterprises. The conclusion of this paper is against the background of the "new normal" of the current economy. It is of theoretical and practical significance to arrange the corporate governance structure of the listed family enterprises which are faced with the challenge of succession.
