【摘要】：高校是科技成果的重要產(chǎn)出單位之一,高新區(qū)是科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化的重要基地之一,高校與高新區(qū)的互動對科技成果的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出及產(chǎn)業(yè)化具有重要的影響。因此,高校與高新區(qū)應(yīng)加強人才資源、優(yōu)勢學(xué)科、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、企業(yè)知識轉(zhuǎn)化能力等方面的協(xié)同合作,政府要為其合作提供相應(yīng)的政策支持、配套服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are one of the important output units of scientific and technological achievements. High-tech zones are one of the important bases for the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. The interaction between universities and high-tech zones has an important impact on the innovative output and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Colleges and universities and high-tech zones should strengthen cooperation in the aspects of human resources, superior disciplines, industrial scale, knowledge transformation ability of enterprises and so on. The government should provide corresponding policy support and supporting services for the cooperation.
