企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中的組織能力建設(shè)——以Y公司為案例

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)外部環(huán)境的動(dòng)態(tài)性與復(fù)雜性程度的提升,組織需要解決外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部能力不匹配的問(wèn)題,組織轉(zhuǎn)型與變革是應(yīng)對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜環(huán)境的重要方式,而在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,企業(yè)的組織能力也得到了一定的增長(zhǎng),組織轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程與組織能力建設(shè)過(guò)程共同構(gòu)成了企業(yè)解決新問(wèn)題的過(guò)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的提升與企業(yè)的持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)Y公司轉(zhuǎn)型及其過(guò)程中組織能力的建設(shè)分析,得出以下三個(gè)結(jié)論:(1)組織的轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程也蘊(yùn)含著組織能力的建設(shè)過(guò)程,兩者不可分離,沒(méi)有先后的關(guān)系,是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的持續(xù)過(guò)程;(2)組織轉(zhuǎn)型與組織能力建設(shè)分別指向不同的組織發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),組織通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)現(xiàn)了在績(jī)效上的突破以及新的發(fā)展模式,而組織能力建設(shè)過(guò)程則指向了組織持續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力以及組織內(nèi)部成長(zhǎng)所具備的能力體系;(3)組織轉(zhuǎn)型與組織能力建設(shè)過(guò)程中是以問(wèn)題-能力互相驅(qū)動(dòng)的協(xié)同模式不斷前進(jìn)的,組織轉(zhuǎn)型是要解決組織所面臨來(lái)自外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部管理的問(wèn)題,而能力建設(shè)則聚焦于對(duì)新問(wèn)題的解決。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the dynamic and complexity of the external environment, the organization needs to solve the problem of the mismatch between the external environment and the internal capability. Organizational transformation and transformation is an important way to deal with the dynamic and complex environment, and in this process, The organizational ability of enterprises has also been increased to a certain extent. The process of organizational transformation and the process of building organizational capacity together constitute the process of solving new problems. Based on the analysis of the transformation of Y Company and the construction of its organizational capacity, the following three conclusions are drawn: (1) the process of organizational transformation also contains the process of building organizational capacity. It is a dynamic and continuous process that organizational transformation and organizational capacity building respectively point to different organizational development states. Through transformation, the organization has achieved a breakthrough in performance and a new development model. However, the process of organizational capacity building points to the motive force of the sustainable development of the organization and the capability system of the internal growth of the organization. (3) in the process of organizational transformation and organizational capacity building, the cooperative mode of problem-ability mutual driving is constantly advancing. Organizational transformation is to solve the problems that the organization faces from external environment and internal management, while capacity-building focuses on solving new problems.
