【摘要】：人事管理系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的核心組成部分,良好的人事管理系統(tǒng)有助于企事業(yè)單位管理好企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的信息,快速的核算員工工資和績效等信息,分析統(tǒng)計單位內(nèi)部的多種信息,幫助企業(yè)做出更合適的決策。本系統(tǒng)結(jié)合作者所在文化傳媒企業(yè)的人事和制度等實際的情況,經(jīng)過深入廣泛的走訪調(diào)查獲得了系統(tǒng)需求,采用應用廣泛的Java開發(fā)語言、功能完善的My Eclipse作為平臺、易學易用的關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)SQL Server、功能強大的Visio建模工具,經(jīng)過需求分析、系統(tǒng)分析與建模、系統(tǒng)設計與建模、系統(tǒng)測試與完善等過程設計開發(fā)而成。本著界面友好、操作簡便、靈活實用角度出發(fā),實現(xiàn)了完善的員工信息管理子系統(tǒng)、便捷的出勤信息管理子系統(tǒng)、友好的工資信息管理子系統(tǒng)、公正的獎懲信息管理子系統(tǒng)、客觀的績效信息管理子系統(tǒng)、強大的統(tǒng)計子系統(tǒng)。通過本系統(tǒng),普通員工可以通過姓名或工號查詢員工檔案信息、員工工資信息、出勤信息、獎懲信息和績效信息等;管理員可通過部門名或部門編號查詢部門所有員工的信息,對員工信息進行登記、修改、刪除、檢索、查找、統(tǒng)計等,可以查詢、修改和統(tǒng)計員工的上班、下班、請假和加班等信息,可根據(jù)出勤情況、績效考核、公積金、養(yǎng)老金、員工崗位、職務和福利信息等信息核算工資,可以登記、修改、查詢和統(tǒng)計員工的獎懲信息,根據(jù)員工的出勤情況、獎懲信息和工作量信息等計算績效,并能夠根據(jù)需要進行增加、查詢、刪除和修改�？冃畔üぬ�、姓名、獎勵數(shù)量、懲罰數(shù)量、合計等,可以按部門統(tǒng)計。本系統(tǒng)可以為文化傳媒企業(yè)提供信息存儲、信息檢索、信息統(tǒng)計等服務,極大地提高人事管理的效率。
[Abstract]:Personnel management system is the core part of enterprise information management system. A good personnel management system can help enterprises and institutions to manage the information of the employees inside the enterprise, and to calculate the employees' wages and performance quickly. Analysis of various information within the statistical unit to help enterprises to make more appropriate decisions. This system combined with the author in the cultural media enterprise personnel and system and other practical situations. After a thorough and extensive visit and investigation, the system requirements were obtained, and the widely used Java development language, my Eclipse with perfect function was adopted as the platform. SQL Server, a powerful Visio modeling tool, is an easy-to-learn and easy-to-use relational database management system. Based on friendly interface, simple operation, flexible and practical point of view, a perfect employee information management subsystem and a convenient attendance information management subsystem are realized. Ordinary employees can query employee file information, employee salary information, attendance information, rewards and punishment information and performance information by name or number.
