摘 要
烏拉奇酒店管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展，計算機的應(yīng)用對很多行業(yè)都帶來了質(zhì)的飛躍。酒店
業(yè)在應(yīng)用先進技術(shù)的的領(lǐng)域里一直領(lǐng)先于其它行業(yè)。酒店的人力成本在增加，酒
店業(yè)的利潤在下降，控制人力成本成為酒店亟需解決的問題，而酒店管理軟件系
統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用有效地解決了這一問題，通過先進的軟件管理，有效降低了酒店的人力
管理成本，提高了酒店生產(chǎn)的效率。

21 世紀(jì)是以信息科技和生命科技為核心的科技進步與創(chuàng)新的世紀(jì)，也是人
類進入了以知識經(jīng)濟為主導(dǎo)的信息時代的世紀(jì)。在信息化社會里，管理科學(xué)與計
算機技術(shù)充分結(jié)合，相輔相成共同發(fā)展，共同促進，使得管理更加精確化、科學(xué)
化、個性化。

本文作者參與了許多酒店管理方面的培訓(xùn)項目，同時又現(xiàn)場參觀了許多不同
的酒店，從內(nèi)部的管理系統(tǒng)入手仔細(xì)的考察了各個酒店的管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點。在
充分吸收先進管理系統(tǒng)精華部分的基礎(chǔ)上，依托烏拉奇酒店的各個部門的功能，
通過資源整合與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研發(fā)了本酒店的管理系統(tǒng)。

本系統(tǒng)的整個研發(fā)過程主要在 microsoft visual studio 2008 系統(tǒng)操作平
臺之上，基于 B/S 模式，以 ASP.NET 為技術(shù)支持，運用 C#高級程序開發(fā)語言，
同時緊密結(jié)合 microsoft office Access 作為數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)而成。

本系統(tǒng)本著從酒店管理的實際，分析說明本系統(tǒng)研發(fā)的國內(nèi)外狀況，指出本
系統(tǒng)的主要作用，有何利用價值等。根據(jù)本系統(tǒng)需要計算機知識、技能和酒店管
理先進理念，闡述本系統(tǒng)研發(fā)所要求的主要知識、基本技能、數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)、計算
機語言的應(yīng)用、編程語言的應(yīng)用等。

主要從計算機原理和酒店管理知識和技能出發(fā)，結(jié)合軟件工程專業(yè)中的需求
理論進行分析，并對需求分析過程和數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)進行統(tǒng)籌，最后確定了本系統(tǒng)。詳
細(xì)的說明了該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計理念、運行過程，本系統(tǒng)采用 B/S 模式，，并根據(jù)功能進
行三層架構(gòu)設(shè)計，即從數(shù)據(jù)訪問層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層和應(yīng)用層三個架構(gòu)進行設(shè)計、分
析、綜合。

最后說明了本系統(tǒng)測試方法、手段、目標(biāo)、結(jié)果，根據(jù)測試采用的案例，說
明該系統(tǒng)的測試過程。根據(jù)相關(guān)原理，進行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，通過案例進行系統(tǒng)測試，
依據(jù)測試結(jié)果，完善該系統(tǒng)，最后歸納總結(jié)，形成本論文。

Abstract
Wu Laqi Hotel Management System Design and Implementation
With the development of computer technology, computer applications for many
industries have brought a qualitative leap . The hotel industry in the application of
advanced technologies in the field has been ahead of other industries. The hotel's
labor costs increase , the profit of the hotel industry in decline, control labor costs
needed to solve the problem of a hotel , and the application of hotel management
software system effectively solves this problem by advanced software management ,
effectively reducing the hotel human management costs, improve production
efficiency of the hotel .
The 21st century is the information technology and life science as the core of
scientific and technological progress and innovation century , mankind has entered the
information age, but also to the knowledge economy as the leading century . In the
information society, management science and computer technology fully integrated
and mutually reinforcing common development and promotion, making management
more precise , scientific and personalized.
The author is involved in many aspects of hotel management training programs ,
while visiting the site of many different hotels , from internal management system to
start carefully examine the advantages and disadvantages of each hotel management
system. On the basis of fully absorb advanced management system on the best part ,
according to the function of each department Tou Rudge hotel through resource
integration and system design and development of the hotel 's management system.
Throughout the development process of the system mainly on the microsoft visual
studio 2008 system platform, based on B / S mode to ASP.NET for technical support ,
the use of high-level programming language C # , while closely microsoft office
Access developed as data from .
The system is based on actual hotel management , analysis shows that the
development of domestic and international position of the system , pointing out the
main role of the system, what use value and so on. According to the computer system
requires knowledge, skills and advanced concepts of hotel management , describes the
main knowledge required for the system development , basic skills , database systems ,
applications, application programming language, computer languages and so on.
The main principles and hotel management from the computer knowledge and
skills , combined with the demands of software engineering theory to analyze the data
and systems requirements analysis process and co-ordination , this system was
finalized . Detailed description of the design concept of the system during operation ,
the system uses B / S mode , and according to the three-tier design features , namely
design, analysis from the data access layer, business logic layer and application layer
three architecture , comprehensive .
Finally, the system described test method , means, the target result, according to
the test used in the case , the test procedure of the system. According to the relevant
principles , system design , system test cases based on the test results , to improve the
system, and finally summarized form of the papers.
