飯店各級管理人員的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格對員工服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響

【摘要】:作者在13家賓館和餐館進(jìn)行了一次實(shí)證研究,探討飯店中、高層管理人員的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格對員工服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響。多層次線性模型分析結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)氛圍會(huì)通過部門的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)氛圍,間接影響員工的服務(wù)質(zhì)量;員工感知的企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格會(huì)通過員工感知的部門負(fù)責(zé)人的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格,間接影響員工的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。此外,企業(yè)的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)氛圍會(huì)調(diào)節(jié)員工的工作滿意感對他們的服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響,部門的公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)氛圍會(huì)調(diào)節(jié)員工的情感性歸屬感對他們的服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響。
[Abstract]:An empirical study was conducted in 13 hotels and restaurants to explore the effect of the public servant leadership style of senior managers on the service quality of employees. The public servant leadership style of the well-known enterprise leaders will indirectly affect the service quality of the employees through the public servant leadership style of the department heads perceived by the employees. The influence of sense of belonging on their service quality.
