中職酒店服務(wù)與管理專業(yè)學生職業(yè)意識現(xiàn)狀與教育優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和新技術(shù)革命對技能型人才的需求不斷增加,各國對職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展也愈加重視。近年來,我國大力推動職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的過程中,中高職學生的職業(yè)意識問題開始受到廣泛的關(guān)注,職業(yè)意識不僅是社會和企業(yè)衡量學生的重要指標,更是影響學生職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的重要因素。在我國酒店行業(yè)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出良好勢態(tài)的背景之下,株洲——我國內(nèi)地典型的工業(yè)型三線城市,外資酒店紛紛進駐,本地酒店積極尋求發(fā)展,行業(yè)與學校之間的聯(lián)系日益緊密,校企合作不斷加深。目前,株洲市大多數(shù)旅游院校所實施的教學模式為“2+1”模式,即兩年在校學習,一年到企業(yè)“頂崗”實習,同時,兩年的在校期間,每年不得少于6周的時間進行“試驗—練崗”實習。這種模式很大程度上緩解了學校培養(yǎng)與企業(yè)需求脫節(jié)的問題,但是從目前對學校、企業(yè)以及學生等多方面了解后得出,中職學生在酒店頂崗實習中表現(xiàn)出的職業(yè)意識水平與酒店的期望還存在較大的差距,亟待開展全面研究和探討。本文就這一問題,通過對株洲五所中職學校酒店服務(wù)與管理專業(yè)學生的職業(yè)意識現(xiàn)狀進行研究和分析,試圖找出問題所在,并結(jié)合本地社會經(jīng)濟和酒店行業(yè)需求具體情況,提出學生職業(yè)意識教育的優(yōu)化策略。本文從結(jié)構(gòu)上分為五個部分。第一部分為緒論,主要介紹了本文研究的問題,選題的目的和意義;第二部分對職業(yè)意識的概念進行了厘定,并與自我意識、關(guān)鍵能力和親社會行為這幾個概念進行比較,分析這些意識、行為或能力的研究方法,以幫助明確本文的研究方向和重點;第三部分為本地酒店職業(yè)意識需求和酒店職業(yè)意識結(jié)構(gòu)探討,第四部分對株洲市中職學校酒店服務(wù)與管理專業(yè)學生進行問卷調(diào)查,分析和統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),并探討現(xiàn)狀的成因;第五部分,立足于學生的實際情況,結(jié)合德育教育、專業(yè)課程教學的相關(guān)理論和方法,從學生自身、學校、酒店和家庭四方入手,提出優(yōu)化教育的策略;第五部分,總結(jié)本文的研究成果與不足,對未來研究做出展望。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of economic globalization and the new technological revolution to skilled talents, the development of vocational education is becoming more and more important. In recent years, in the process of promoting the development of vocational education, the problem of vocational consciousness of students in middle and higher vocational schools has been widely concerned, and the professional consciousness is not only a measure of the students of the society and the enterprises. The important factor is the important factor that affects the career development of the students. Under the background of the development of the hotel industry in China, Zhuzhou - the typical industrial three line city in China, the foreign hotels are entering, the local hotels are actively seeking development, the connection between the industry and the school is increasingly close, the cooperation between the school and the enterprises At present, the teaching model of most tourism colleges and universities in Zhuzhou is the "2+1" model, that is, two years in school, one year to the "top job" practice, and two years in school, no less than 6 weeks a year to carry out "experiment training" practice. This model greatly relieves the school training and enterprise. The problem of disjointed demand in the industry, but from the current knowledge of schools, enterprises and students, it is found that there is a big gap between the vocational consciousness and the expectations of the hotel, which needs to be studied and discussed in a comprehensive way. In this paper, five secondary vocational schools in Zhuzhou are drunk. The study and analysis of the status quo of professional consciousness of the specialty of the shop service and management students, trying to find out the problem, and combining the local social economy and the specific situation of the hotel industry, put forward the optimization strategy of the students' vocational consciousness education. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research of this paper. The purpose and significance of the topic; the second part is to define the concept of professional consciousness, and compare with the concepts of self consciousness, key ability and pro social behavior, and analyze the research methods of these consciousness, behavior or ability, in order to help clarify the research direction and focus of this article; the third part is the demand for the professional consciousness of the local hotel. And the structure of professional awareness of the hotel, the fourth part of the Zhuzhou secondary vocational school hotel service and management students to carry out a questionnaire survey, analysis and statistical data, and explore the causes of the status quo; the fifth part, based on the actual situation of students, combined with moral education, professional course teaching related theories and methods, from the students themselves, schools, The strategy of optimizing education is put forward by the hotels and families. The fifth part summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper, and makes prospects for future research.
