基于RFID技術(shù)的酒店一卡通管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:酒店業(yè)是一個具有廣闊前景而又充滿激烈競爭的行業(yè),目前很多酒店的管理都面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。很多酒店的管理模式還停留在純?nèi)斯す芾黼A段,如本項目中的唐山星秀酒店,顯然已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會的發(fā)展趨勢。因此,想使酒店的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和工作效率有質(zhì)的飛躍,就必須采用先進(jìn)的計算機(jī)技術(shù)來改變傳統(tǒng)的酒店業(yè)務(wù)模式,實現(xiàn)酒店業(yè)務(wù)管理的自動化。 本文完成的主要工作如下: (1)根據(jù)星秀酒店實際開展的業(yè)務(wù),對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并提出系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案,為系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計奠定理論基礎(chǔ); (2)對系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用框架的層次結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計,重點分析了數(shù)據(jù)采集等關(guān)鍵問題,并提出了解決方案; (3)為兼容不同類型的數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)備及現(xiàn)有應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的連接,本文采用的是中間件的解決方案,對中間件的設(shè)計思想、設(shè)計方案以及自身安全策略、對中間件的讀、寫模塊、事務(wù)處理模塊等都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計分析。 (4)對軟件的正確性、容錯性、可擴(kuò)展性以及運(yùn)行速度等進(jìn)行測試,以便發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,解決問題,保證軟件系統(tǒng)滿足酒店需求。 本文是以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)最主要采用的傳感技術(shù)——RFID理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合本人實際工作經(jīng)驗,對RFID在酒店管理中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究和探討;赗FID技術(shù)對酒店一卡通管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),該系統(tǒng)可以改變傳統(tǒng)的人工管理模式,實現(xiàn)酒店業(yè)務(wù)的自動化管理,進(jìn)而提高酒店的工作效率和工作質(zhì)量,能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的。
[Abstract]:Hotel industry is a broad prospect and full of fierce competition industry, at present, many hotels are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Many hotel management models still stay in the stage of pure manual management, such as Tangshan Xingxiu Hotel in this project, obviously can not adapt to the current social development trend. Therefore, in order to make the hotel service quality and work efficiency a qualitative leap, we must adopt advanced computer technology to change the traditional hotel business model and realize the automation of hotel business management. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) according to the actual business of Xingxiu Hotel, the system is analyzed in detail, and the overall design scheme of the system is put forward, which lays a theoretical foundation for the detailed design of the system. Secondly, the hierarchical structure of the application framework of the system is analyzed and designed, and the key problems such as data acquisition are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward. In order to be compatible with different types of data equipment and the connection of existing application system, this paper adopts the solution of middleware, the design idea of middleware, the design scheme and its own security strategy, the reading and writing module of middleware. The transaction processing module and so on have carried on the detailed design analysis. Test the correctness, fault-tolerance, extensibility and running speed of the software in order to find the problem, solve the problem and ensure that the software system meets the requirements of the hotel. In this paper, the application of RFID in hotel management is studied and discussed based on the theory of RFID, which is the main sensor technology used in Internet of things. Based on RFID technology, the management system of hotel card can be designed and implemented. The system can change the traditional manual management mode, realize the automatic management of hotel business, and then improve the working efficiency and quality of the hotel. Be able to achieve the desired purpose.
