大連四方盛世酒店基層員工培訓(xùn)問題診斷分析

【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,企業(yè)間的人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,而培訓(xùn)作為提升企業(yè)人力資本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力的有效途徑,已倍受關(guān)注。第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展起了十分重要的作用,酒店類企業(yè)做為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的主力軍正面臨著從業(yè)人員的文化素質(zhì)較低、流動(dòng)率較高的問題,因此,通過加強(qiáng)企業(yè)員工的培訓(xùn)工作,進(jìn)而提升整體實(shí)力對(duì)于酒店類企業(yè)來說具有十分重要的意義。本文以大連四方盛世酒店的基層員工培訓(xùn)為調(diào)查及分析的對(duì)象,針對(duì)大連四方盛世酒店在基層員工培訓(xùn)工作中存在的問題,提出大連四方盛世酒店基層員工培訓(xùn)工作的改進(jìn)方案及相應(yīng)的配套措施,希冀對(duì)同類企業(yè)提供參考。本文以需求層次理論、人力資本理論等理論為指導(dǎo),通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷及走訪調(diào)查等方式獲得調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用圖表分析法對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分類匯總,在對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找出該酒店在基層員工培訓(xùn)工作中存在的問題,如酒店管理者對(duì)于基層員工的培訓(xùn)工作缺乏重視,企業(yè)未能建立完善的培訓(xùn)體系、培訓(xùn)制度不規(guī)范以及師資力量薄弱等,同時(shí)對(duì)產(chǎn)生問題的原因進(jìn)行深入分析,并提出了大連四方盛世酒店基層員工培訓(xùn)工作的改進(jìn)方案以及保障該方案有效實(shí)施的配套措施,如企業(yè)從自身修煉打造良好的內(nèi)部環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)組織建設(shè)、建立完善的培訓(xùn)制度、樹立終身學(xué)習(xí)的理念等。通過以上研究本文得出如下結(jié)論,員工培訓(xùn)能夠提高員工綜合素質(zhì)、增強(qiáng)員工對(duì)企業(yè)的歸屬感,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的凝聚力,而員工培訓(xùn)必須以完善的培訓(xùn)體系做保障,因此,大連四方盛世酒店應(yīng)重視企業(yè)的人力資源管理工作,加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)工作,建立完善的培訓(xùn)體系,幫助員工做好職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,為企業(yè)員工長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展打造良好的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of the times, the competition for talent among enterprises is increasing, while training as an effective way to improve the competitive strength of the enterprise human capital, has attracted much attention. The third industry plays a very important role for the rapid development of China's economy, hotel enterprises as the main force of the third industry is facing practitioners cultural quality is low, the flow rate is higher, therefore, through the strengthening of enterprise staff training, and enhance the overall strength is very important for hotel enterprises. The object of this hotel in Dalian square Sheng Shi grass-roots staff training for the investigation and analysis, aimed at the Broadway Hotel Dalian is at the grassroots level staff training in the work of the problem, put forward the improvement scheme of Dalian Broadway Hotel staff training work and corresponding measures, hoping to provide reference for similar enterprises Test. This paper takes the hierarchy of needs theory, human capital theory as the guide, through the questionnaire survey data and interview investigation, using chart analysis method to classify the results of the survey, based on the analysis of the survey data on the system, find out the hotel at the grass-roots staff training problems such as hotel managers lack the grass-roots staff training attention, enterprises to establish and improve the training system, training system is not standardized and the teachers are weak, and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed, and put forward the improvement scheme of Dalian Broadway Hotel staff training and supporting measures to ensure the effective implementation of the program if the enterprise from their own practice, to create a good internal environment, strengthen the training of organization construction, establish and perfect the training system of lifelong learning The concept. This article draws the following conclusion through the above research, staff training to improve the overall quality of staff, enhance their sense of belonging to the enterprise, and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise and the employee training must be perfect training system to do security, therefore, Dalian Sifang Sheng Shi Hotel should pay attention to the enterprise human resources management, strengthen staff the training work, establish and improve the training system, help the staff to do the occupation development plan, to create a good platform for the long-term development of enterprises.
