【摘要】：次貸危機發(fā)生后,很多國家中央銀行都采取了大量的非常規(guī)貨幣政策來確保金融系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定和促進經濟增長,尤其以美聯(lián)儲的非常規(guī)貨幣政策最具代表性。雖然非常規(guī)貨幣政策復雜多變,但是通常在央行資產負債表中清晰記錄。借助于美聯(lián)儲資產負債表,能夠全面梳理次貸危機后美聯(lián)儲的非常規(guī)貨幣政策,有助于深入理解非常規(guī)貨幣政策的實施和退出機制。
[Abstract]:After the subprime mortgage crisis, many central banks adopted a large number of unconventional monetary policies to ensure the stability of the financial system and promote economic growth, especially the Federal Reserve's unconventional monetary policy. Although unconventional monetary policy is complex and volatile, it is usually clearly recorded in the central bank's balance sheet. With the help of the Federal Reserve's balance sheet, the Federal Reserve's unconventional monetary policy in the aftermath of the subprime mortgage crisis can be comprehensively combed, and the implementation and withdrawal mechanism of the unconventional monetary policy can be deeply understood.
