【摘要】：2007年美國次貸危機(jī)引發(fā)的金融海嘯席卷全球之后,東亞國家更加深刻認(rèn)識到加強(qiáng)貨幣合作的重要性。進(jìn)入2010年,在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇和地區(qū)主義發(fā)展的推動下,東亞地區(qū)需要制定一種全新的貨幣合作戰(zhàn)略,即構(gòu)建一系列約束與激勵機(jī)制,來引導(dǎo)區(qū)域內(nèi)各行為體理性追求國家利益、整合各國國家行為與關(guān)系、控制高外部因素對地區(qū)內(nèi)部事務(wù)的干擾。這不但是東亞貨幣合作過程中應(yīng)該取得的階段性成果,更是保障和推動?xùn)|亞地區(qū)主義深入、全面發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定劑和加速器。
[Abstract]:After the financial tsunami triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis swept the world in 2007, East Asian countries realized more deeply the importance of strengthening monetary cooperation. In 2010, driven by the global economic recovery and the development of regionalism, East Asia needs to formulate a new monetary cooperation strategy, that is, to construct a series of restraint and incentive mechanisms to guide the various actors in the region to pursue the national interests rationally. Integrate the behavior and relationship of countries and control the interference of high external factors to the internal affairs of the region. This is not only a phased achievement in the process of monetary cooperation in East Asia, but also a stabilizer and accelerator to ensure and promote the in-depth and all-round development of East Asian regionalism.
